We were in Tbilisi with our family in November. We stayed at this hotel. A cozy and clean hotel. Very pleasant and hospitable hosts: Nodar and Nino. Everything in the rooms is homely. These are not impersonal hotel rooms, but lovingly created cute interiors. Everything is perfectly clean and the lobby smells of fragrant coffee. Nodar treated us to this very coffee, and also wine. I would like to thank you once again for the warm welcome and the services rendered to us. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for rest and accommodation. There is a metro station nearby, an excellent restaurant, pleasant cafes, a market.

The hotel is small but cozy. Friendly staff. The room is clean, towels can be changed independently at the specified location. Cleaning on demand. The hotel is located in the Dynamo arena area and during large sporting events it can be noisy at night, but the rest of the time it is quiet at night. Within walking distance of desert bazaar, grocery supermarket, McDonald's. The hotel owner asks you to cancel your booking at Booking.

Very pleasant and hospitable hosts, lived for 5 days, everything is very comfortable, a cozy room (there is a kettle, necessary utensils, a mini fridge) and a bathroom. Everything is within walking distance. I will definitely come back when I'm in Tbilisi :)

I ordered a room for 2 days for my parents, they were delighted! Clean, cozy, everything you need is there The hospitable hosts will help, prompt! There was a place for the car (indicated at the time of booking).

Excellent location, convenient transport infrastructure, close to the center, while in a cozy place where it is quiet. Very friendly host and staff, all the stated services are available and in proper quality, the host threatens with his wonderful wine. I liked everything. Oh yes, parking is free on Archila Kurdiani Street, you can always park your car.

We found ourselves in this hotel by the will of fate. For which we are very grateful to her. Very hospitable host. The convenient location of the hotel. Five minutes walk from the metro. There are shops and cafes nearby. Everything is clean and tidy in the department. Many thanks to the host for the hospitality.

A great place to stay. A quiet, peaceful place. There is a subway nearby. To the city center by taxi 5-6 GEL 10-15 minutes. The airport is 25 lari 25 minutes away. The rooms are clean, the hotel itself is quiet. Pleasant, friendly hosts. Very tasty wine and a funny cat. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! Konstantin.

Отличная гостиница с хорошим ремонтом в европейском стиле. Радушные хозяева встретят вас как своих. Так же огромным плюсом будет близкое расположение к ж/д вокзалу и метро. В 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля есть круглосуточный супермаркет (Fresco) и хороший ресторан с грузинской кухней (Самикитно Мачахела). Плюсом будет и то, что в холле гостиницы можно приобрести вкуснейшее домашнее грузинское вино и другие напитки. Заселялся с 12.01.23 г. по 13.01.23 г., советую.

Прожили тут четыре дня, я в восторге, милейший отельчик по типу гостевого дома у нас была комната на втором этаже - потолки под 4 м, очень симпатичный свежий ремонт, чисто, просторно. Хорошая мебель, душевая Не дорого относительно других вариантов в Тбилиси. Из минусов: слышимость, скрипучие полы,не было 2 дня воды вообще никакой. Хозяин конечно в этом не виноват, но отдых этот момент нам немного подпортил) Спасибо за гостеприимство, еще приедем 🌍✌️
