It's not worth five stars… Otherwise, it's not bad. The sites are scattered and far from the first line. The sea has a bad bottom, the beach is shallow. Take a blanket with you if you don't want to hunt for deck chairs. All sorts of entertainments to the left and right of the beach. I advise you to buy "corals"-shoes like sneakers, but lighter, they are sold at every kiosk in Turkey so as not to injure your legs and feet. 5-10$

We went on vacation to Turkey for the first time. We had a child with us for 1.3 months. We liked the rest. The hotel is more designed for an adult foreign contingent (Germans, British). Due to their generous tips, the attitude towards them is more loyal. The food is all inclusive, buffet style. Desserts are really sickly sweet and not very tasty. A small variety of fruits. There are no citrus fruits, bananas (although Alanya is famous for them). Cleaning was done once a day, there are no obstacles. There were no bathrobes, slippers or disposable shampoos in the rooms. Just a shower gel. The hotel has two pools on both sides. One is smaller than the other a little more. The sun beds are already a little more stressful. Towels are paid. The sea is a 5-minute walk from 200-300 meters. The beach is artificial sand, but 5 meters into the sea, rocky bottom. Therefore, you need to be careful not to hurt your legs. There were enough sun beds. There is a bar where you can safely take cold drinks. In the evening, the animation was held on the territory of the Titan Garden. That's why we went there. This hotel is located within walking distance along with Select. Also on the territory of the Garden there are playgrounds, two water slides, a tennis court of poor quality (concrete coating), a hookah bar (paid). Wi-Fi was only at the reception and caught accordingly. Wi-Fi is paid in the rooms. The hotel has a gym and a spa. Massages are available for a reasonable fee. We were in the hammam, I really liked it. In general, the rest justified its price by 80 t.p. for two (7 days), but for a large amount I would not recommend this hotel as it does not pull in 5 stars, only a confident 4.

We lived in room 5502.
There are still big questions about this hotel.In the first 2 days, the occupancy rate of the hotel was 30%, then it started..We packed a full hotel.The natural food was completely removed, only soy remained.The hotel was cunning in order to save on tourists as much as it could . Right up to turning off the air conditioners at lunch.Yes, they turned off the air conditioners in 35-degree heat so that people would quickly vacate the canteen.
Queues for drinks, at the salad bar, everywhere and around the queue.It's crazy!!!
You're begging for pasta from the man behind the glass, and he's grinning..
The sun, the sea - everything is fine, the hotel is big, the rooms are good.
I hope that the review helped when choosing a hotel.We definitely haven't set foot in this hotel.
I do not recommend it!!! We paid $1,650 for two people.
We wanted to write a review on torhotels and other resources from the hotel, but all sites are blocked.

The hotel is not a top five, the service is terrible, the staff is fucked up. They wanted to extend the room before departure, they said come tomorrow, they did not say the price. The next day after the room was rented at 12.00, they offered to extend the room for $ 20 for 3 hours.
The dishes are always rattling in the restaurant, as if on purpose so that they don't stay too long.
There have been long queues for hot food for the last few days. (the food was varied, we didn't stay hungry)
There is no late dinner, it is replaced by a croissant with an apple, which everyone was missing.
A disgusting cook worked on the beach, showed his disdain with all his appearance, how do such staff keep???

The person is absolutely not interested in helping tourists, she has one task, to sell excursions and change the currency (I have not seen this in Turkey for many years)
I was late for the meeting.
She answered our questions with links and dropped the phone numbers of organizations, and then generally stated that she would not come running to us on the first call!
By the way, the beach is small pebbles, there are large stone slabs and large pebbles in the water, you need to be careful not to break your legs.

They gave a noisy room on the second floor, next to the elevator (downstairs on the ground floor there is a disco, bar, billiards).Uproar, shouting, running around for up to 24 hours.Reception, security-zero attention, everything is fine!
On repeated requests to change the room without money and for money, there was a refusal at the reception.Allegedly, there are no available rooms (for tourists from Europe there are, for Russians-not).I wouldn't have cared, but I came on vacation with my 84-year-old mother, gave her a birthday present.The reception staff was not very worried about this fact.
On the third day, the room was changed, offering several options.They appreciated my perseverance)
The food is excellent, the waiters are like ants (hard workers).They"respect"!
SPA-super, also a huge thank you to all the SPA staff ! The territory is well maintained, there are many animals that live on the private territory of the hotel.
We stopped by with mom on 12.01.2020.Immediately, on the same day, I went to the reception, drawing their attention to the fact that there is a very sick person on the territory of the hotel.He can't eat because of an oral infection.He only drinks water from the pool all the time.
They promised to take him to the vet ....
01/20/2020 I myself, at my own expense, took him, who had not eaten for eight days and looked like a sluggish skeleton in a red fur coat.And, the smell of putrid bacteria from him spread for several meters.After putting him in a cardboard box, I took him by taxi to the nearest veterinarian, a Turk, to a private clinic.
The kitten came to life after receiving medical attention.I was very glad.
I brought him back to the hotel, where his brothers and sisters are still staying.
Then I went to the reception, I wanted to clarify why they did not give him the promised help in 8 days!
To which he was accused by a reception employee that "I collect all sick animals from nearby streets and bring them to the hotel"

The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is no entertainment. The owner is German and the Germans have chosen him. It's not worth a fiver. Alcohol is of high quality. The staff is polite. The kitchen is super. If you want peace and quiet, then go there. Entertainment at Titan Garden. It's a foursome. All animations take place there and so on. Access is allowed everywhere there. There is a hammam. There are only two large pools, one medium, three children's pools. It's close to the beach.

My family and I were in Turkey for the first time, namely in this hotel. We liked the hotel:the food is excellent, the rooms are constantly cleaned, we had problems with the TV and the air conditioning is very noisy, the staff is friendly and helpful, but there is no animation, or very sluggish. Since I have something to compare it with, this hotel was the worst.
We went with a friend in the winter, everything is very narrowly inclusive.
Let's start with the staff. If you need any help, then you will be helped in half with grief, the only ones who are friendly, mostly all are rude.
Waiters kick cats (although they should be loved in Turkey), bartenders flirt with young Russian girls, receptionists ignore any request.
The contingent of guests are pensioners.
You can count the youth on your fingers.
The room is simple, there was no paste or shampoo when checking in... nothing, they clean well, but it's not clear what time they arrive. It's cold at night, the blankets are thin.
The food is the same every day, there is no variety, it tastes bland and not very tasty
There are few fruits (tangerines and apples)
The alcohol is of very low quality , well, it was not surprising.
The pool is very cold, it was written in the description of the hotel that it was heated.
In principle, the hotel does not look very good, repairs are urgently needed, I do not understand why this hotel was given 5 stars, in my opinion it barely reaches 3 stars.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

We rested on 09/28/20/20/20. The hotel is not 5 stars, if you think it will be gorgeous, then you are mistaken. The food was mediocre for 10 days, 2 days were without meat, fruits- apples, plums unripe, grapes for 5 days, melon unripe and peaches for 1 day. Alcohol - 5 types of strong alcohol, diluted beer, champagne.
Minuses:
There is a rocky bottom and a beach, you can swim in a certain place, where all tourists gather
Food for 2 points out of 5
The room is like in our Russian hotels , where there are 3 stars
The staff is not responsive, especially the reception
The place of the hotel is a village, there is nothing to do in this place in the evening
There is a travel agency selling excursions nearby, director Victor - do not go to him, he lies, he misled us (bald man with glasses) he has 2 points there, better find another company. The travel agency that we came from offers excursions at an inflated price, it's not worth it

Briefly.
Check-in - I give only 1 out of 5 (there are no places on arrival and we were taken to another hotel with 3 children 15-20 minutes to go)
There were no apologies or compensations from the hotel for these logistical operations, although the hotel manager Ali personally declared his willingness to meet them halfway...therefore, I put 1.
Food, drinks, - 3 points. The fish is practically absent in 10 days, only 2 times have been seen. Vegetables, fruits, pastries are standard. It is not clear why there are no melons and watermelons in the season itself. But there were plums, apples, and tangerines. Meat is almost always in the form of chicken, sometimes mutton. Well, the norms in general. Alcohol is only a locally developed something in the form of raki, vodka, whiskey and beer. That's it. Rum, tequila, cocktails - only for money. From 5-6 euros. There is ice cream on the beach, as well as gisleme, pizza, waffles and snacks. But the queue is from 10 to 40 people. Therefore, 3 out of 5

Turkish bartenders, if they are in the mood, work, there is no Unified State Register and you will immediately understand this.... well, for almost 200,000 wooden ones for two adults and children.....
Total, for the money that Tourland is now worth, I just don't see the point in recommending this hotel, because, like the theater, the hotel starts with a hanger, i.e. with arrival and a comfortable start to the vacation. Efthalia Splash - change! After all, there is a base and makings.
