Good afternoon!
I stayed at this hotel 2 times, in August and November 2024.
A lovely, cozy hotel with a courtyard.
The lovely hostess of the hotel, friendly and hospitable.
Clean, modest rooms (safe, scales, clean linen and towels).
I clean and change towels every day, stayed for 2 nights.
A good breakfast, everything is there.
Excellent location to the center.

There are no disadvantages found!
Pros:
-location, from the hotel you can walk to the old town and to all popular places in the area. Freedom Square is an easy 25 min walk away. Near the metro, good exchangers.
- comfortable rooms. If everything is necessary. I was pleased with the scales in the room. Probably for weight control on vacation after Georgian cuisine 😅😁
- the building itself has a long history. The hotel staff will be happy to tell you interesting facts. It's nice. The patio is a delight, I would like to sit there with a glass of wine in summer.
- parking at the hotel! Everything is clear here
- breakfast is included in the price. Yes, it's small. But for a light snack it is enough (eggs, yoghurts, porridge, sausages, cheeses, lots of sweet pastries)
I recommend this place and I will come back again myself

We stayed at this hotel with a group of tourists from Gelendzhik. Very satisfied! Firstly, the building is historical: once a Lutheran church in Alexandrdorf of Tiflis, then a gymnasium, and now a luxury hotel with unique interiors.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Full compliance with 4***: comfortable beds, orthopedic mattresses, orthopedic pillows, snow-white, body-pleasing underwear. The filling of the rooms is perfect: sanitary and hygienic accessories, soft slippers, drinking mineral water, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc., the bathroom shines with cleanliness.Perfectly clean territory.
Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts. Swede. There is everything for every taste.
You can have lunch and dinner at the hotel's cafe.
The hotel is located in the city center. Near the metro, bus stop. There are pharmacies and shops.

A cozy hotel in Tbilisi. A cool private courtyard. Its own Parking, near the metro and many exchange offices, a couple of steps from the hotel there is a good confectionery street food 24/7.
The breakfast at the hotel is average, there is no food in an hour, dishes too. The staff is excellent, polite, and always helpful. The rooms are cleaned Perfectly, clean.

The place is cool, the older administrators know Russian perfectly well. On the island, when they booked, it was written that no meals were included, in fact, breakfasts were included, quite a decent buffet, sausages like everywhere else, but delicious.
There were 5 of us, parents and three children, the youngest was given a folding chair as a bed, I sat on it in an unfolded state and broke it, the receptionist said that this was not our problem and they brought us a cot to replace it, a good comfortable one, we did not pay for broken furniture. There are many places to walk nearby, the hotel itself is very atmospheric and beautiful.

I read an article about the "New Tiflis" and found out that the hotel offers comfortable rooms with a private bathroom and Internet access. The hotel also offers a continental breakfast. I plan to visit this hotel and enjoy its facilities, especially the proximity to restaurants and supermarkets. The proximity to attractions such as the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia and Rustaveli Avenue also makes it an attractive option for my stay. Free public parking next to the hotel is another convenience that adds comfort to my stay.

There is a quiet corner hidden from the noise in the very center of Tbilisi. A low building with a beautiful courtyard. Waterfall, trees, bushes in tubs, under canopies and benches and tables and soft sofas. In the evening, after a long walk around the city, how good it is to relax in this courtyard. The room I stayed in is not very big, but cozy. In general, the hotel itself is cozy and clean.
I would like to especially mention the hostess Maya. She is a hospitable, smiling, beautiful woman. And the staff of the hotel are wonderful people.
My very short stop in Tbilisi brought joy. Both from what he saw and from the hospitality.

A budget hotel with a good location, a few minutes from the metro. The rooms are small, the plumbing is outdated. The TV didn't work for some reason. The rooms with windows facing the courtyard can be very noisy in the morning because of the amazing acoustics - the well courtyard. Any conversation or even a cough can be heard as if these people are next to your bed. Wi-Fi is very very weak, there is practically no room in the rooms. To use the Internet, you have to go to the reception. The breakfasts are good, it is quite possible to eat.

Good location, cafes, exchangers, banks, communication salons, metro, shops, everything is just a stone's throw away. We were settled and fed before the appointed hour- from the road it's just a bonus of happiness. It was quiet and peaceful, the staff was friendly, boarding passes were printed out. . Among the disadvantages are the lack of shelves in the bathroom and the poor connection of doors and locks to the room. In general, if I fly to Georgia, I will probably choose Tiflis.

Exceeded all expectations: a rich set of disposable accessories, bathrobe, slippers, well-trained staff, very clean, everything is new, the panoramic restaurant where breakfast is held is super, gorgeous view of the city. In general, we are very satisfied! Just don't go to the Wine Bar in the basement - the tasting is meager and expensive. But maybe it's just our bad luck)

We stayed at the hotel in June 2019. Convenient location: near the metro, in a quiet corner of the city. There are rooms with a refrigerator, there are rooms without a refrigerator. Towels were changed every day. In the bathroom, in our room, there were clearly not enough hooks for towels and clothes. You will not be able to wash in the bathroom, and there is nowhere to dry the laundry, but you can use the laundry service. Unfortunately, there are no designated smoking areas - as a non-smoker, it was unpleasant for me. There is a lot of smoking in Georgia and everywhere...
