We were in May 2019. Of the 4 days of our stay, there was no water for 2.5 days (and we scold Russia). The breakfasts are disgusting, it's good if you got at least something, there were crowds at breakfast, since mostly tourists lived and went on excursions at about the same time. Otherwise, it is an ordinary hotel, but it clearly does not correspond to 4 stars. The room is quite spacious, a small refrigerator, a safe. Far from the center, there are no shops nearby, a supermarket - I don't remember what it was called - about 30 minutes on foot.

They sell bus tickets to a souvenir shop, the room was clean, a good breakfast, they accept cards.

A terrible hotel, I really didn't like the service and especially the breakfasts and dinners, I thought that there was nowhere else like this, so that people almost fought for a piece of bread and sausage 🤦♀️
