Drunk Germans in a bar, showtime is just terrible. Aunties topless by the pool - a separate song with a chorus. The zoo is crowing and beckoning right from early morning, if you're lucky and the windows will be on it.
In general, the star is only beyond the sea and the sun!! The food is tolerable.
I was lucky - there were no algae to be cleaned by tractors, and it was cold near the water.
Oh, yes, the balcony did not close at all, I pushed the door with an ottoman...
The first impression of the hotel is important! We were shocked when the transfer brought us to check in at 20:00, we were not even escorted to the room. Tired from the road, we wandered in the dark corridors, trying to find our room on our own! And the corridors there are not small, they look more like labyrinths! Then the shock was the room itself! We barely opened the door, it sagged on its hinges and rattled on the tiles with difficulty! Once inside, we couldn't find any of the 3 switches that would turn on the light in the room. Two didn't work at all, and the 3rd was from the toilet. Going further, lighting up the phone, another switch was found, turning on the night light in the room. It's more fun next! We decided to go to the balcony to see the view! The doors are plastic, sliding, which, as it turned out, do not move apart, but move with force (to make it clear, not every woman will move them)! When I went to the balcony, I realized that I couldn't get out on my own, since there were no handles inside. Fortunately, my husband remained in the room, who saved me from this captivity. The next day, we found that the sink and toilet were leaking. Of the 7 days that we stayed at the Tapsus Hotel, we called the master 4 times, who fixed one thing or another for us. We wanted to replace the room, but we were told that the hotel was full. However, it is worth noting that the master came very quickly, but did not fix everything, some problems remained. When the light didn't turn on in our toilet after 8 pm, we thought we would have to wait until the morning, but the master came on the call! It surprised me!
There were, of course, pleasant moments. It is a beautiful, well-groomed territory, beach, sea, polite staff, but the first impression will not allow us to return to this hotel again!
Very briefly. The sea is good, the beach is pleasant, fine sand. But the entrance to the sea is very gentle, for an amateur. For those who want to swim, it's a long walk. Jellyfish do not come to this part of the sea every year, they did not come this year. The food is normal, but in the restaurant (strongly put, of course) for some reason there are problems with salt and pepper shakers. It is necessary to spend time to find them on other tables, salt somewhere, pepper somewhere, but not so that they stand on each table. At the same time, all food is spiced, but without salt, everyone should add salt to their own taste. It was uncomfortable. The wine is delicious, from bottles, not from boxes with unknown things. The air conditioner is central, it works according to a schedule (it hangs next to the switch). In the season from 14 to 5, at the end of September I worked in a reduced mode, from 16 to 2. If you consider that at the end of September the air is 30 °, then it is not very pleasant to sleep, it became hot half an hour after switching off. The room stock is different. When the hotel is fully loaded, all new arrivals are placed in the basement, it is not very pleasant to live there. Those who express dissatisfaction are tried to move to normal rooms the next day, those who calmly accepted such accommodation are left there. It is not necessary to shout, the relocation does not depend on the volume. Vacationers are mainly Russians and Germans, a few from the countries of the former socialist camp, I did not notice others. The staff speaks Russian poorly, but speaks and, most importantly, understands everything. English is no better than Russian. German and French are good.
9 We breathed with our family at the end of August. I really liked everything, the hotel was always cleaned, the territory is clean, there is a mini zoo, the sea is gorgeous. The staff is good. I plan to visit Tunisia again in 2020.
Beautiful hotel grounds, good food, decent rooms. Friendly people at the reception, especially the admin girl. Now the cons: an arrogant and arrogant senior manager of bartenders and waiters, during 10 days of my stay I personally saw 3 conflicts with different guests, animation is suitable only for blind, deaf and completely uninterested people)
3* was much better. The food has become worse. There is no variety of fruits.Instead of a standard room, they give you some kind of super economy. For the money, of course, they will change it.We have traveled here many times, I like the contingent of people. For a family relaxing holiday.Treat all people regardless of nationality.I wish you good luck in your work, and we have the opportunity to see the gentle sea more than once.
The sea is good, the sand. This is the only advantage of this hotel. We bought a tour to this hotel with 2 rooms, upon check-in we were told that there were no available rooms, either we check into 1 room, or we pay extra. We refused and turned to the guide. We were provided with 2 rooms. One more or less (as it turned out, the air conditioner did not work, all our requests to repair were ignored), but the second room is something. A basement room, stinking of dampness, dirt everywhere. After spending the night, I decided that my nerves were more expensive than $ 30 and turned to the reception and changed the room.
The food is quite tolerable. Children don't have much to eat, because everything is spicy. You can also choose something for lunch. The dinner is good. There was veal, chicken and sub. products. Ice cream every other day.
You have to take a sunbed on the beach in the morning, otherwise you won't get it later. And this has to be done mainly because of foreign citizens.
The attitude towards Russians is not particularly friendly, it is felt.
Conclusion: for the money that was paid for the trip, not a foot in this hotel. Although there is no desire to return for less either.
Oh, yes, when buying this hotel, it was looked at as 4*, actually 3*.
Upon arrival in Tunisia, the guide informed us that our rooms were not ready and we had to wait a day, i.e. the pre-booked and paid rooms were not given to 5 families, for a day we were settled in another hotel near the airport, where we could use everything according to the "all inclusive" program, but sitting on closed suitcases, there was not much relax, then an hour and a half by bus and we're there...No one speaks Russian at the reception, we arrived at 14 o'clock, but the rooms are still not ready, as a result, after 4 hours of red tape with the tax on arrival in Tunisia, the rooms are ready, the reception is stuffy because the air conditioners can not cope with the hall....we were given an iron key with a huge iron plaque with the room number. We came to the standard room, and there was an old wooden door with a broken lock larva, we could barely open the door, and so we suffered every time, there was no safe in the room, no air conditioner, because it seems to be noisy but not cold, a room with a sea view...but also with a view of all the neighbors from balcony to balcony, discos are playing music until 2 a.m., it is not possible to sleep noisy, stuffy...the end of August. The whole hotel is packed, there are NO other rooms. The plumbing is old, the water goes very badly in the bathroom and sink...everything is clogged with sand and hair.Ficalia, presumably for children, were seen floating in the pool several times...on the beach, the sand is mixed with shells (you can cut your leg on split shells) and swags...the Germans smoke everywhere, on every chaise longue, they don't bother to carry anything to the trash, they put out cigarette butts right in the sand, they leave it all floating in the sea..cigarette butts, wrappers, yogurt jars and bottles. The kitchen is spicy, there is little food, there is not enough for everyone, people in this deficit become like animals, line up in waiting, jostling, not respect. The best tables are constantly occupied by waiters' belongings, lighters, packs of cigarettes...and they are given to the Germans for certain amounts of money. It is very problematic to connect to wi-fi, it is only near the reception, but there are so many people connected to it that the chance of connecting is minimal...so if you need the Internet, buy a SIM card or connect early in the morning while people are sleeping. The animation is very sparse and boring. In general, we no longer set foot in this hotel...This is purely my personal opinion, this is how I saw this vacation. But the weather in Tunisia is really gorgeous, and the sea is awesome. There are only three stars for this...
I liked the hotel, the sea is just super!! But Russians are not openly liked there. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel.. Almost no one knows Russian. At the reception, Fatima alone communicates in Russian, she settled into a good room for an additional date, and extended the room without problems.Of the cons, they smoke everywhere, smoke on the beach continuously, I got the feeling that smoking is prohibited in Germany and Poland, so they come off in Tunisia like the last time, they don't care what the children are around...
I had a rest at the end of August, 2 weeks, I liked the rest. We arrived, immediately took the bus, while driving to the hotel, the guide told us about Tunisia. It took about an hour to drive, and upon arrival our luggage was taken to the assembly hall for storage. They did not settle in immediately, only at 14:00 local time, they waited for about 2 hours, but in the meantime they changed clothes and went straight to breakfast, by the way, they put on bracelets right away. The sea is excellent, the beach is sand, more or less clean, but not always. The food is slightly above the average level, occasionally there are not enough cutlery, with places of norms. Of the booze, beer, cocktails, genie, rum and their local strong liquor. There are no problems with smoking areas, it is possible almost everywhere. Our room was on the 4th floor, clean, cleaned, towels and hygiene products were present, taking into account the number of people, sometimes they left tips on the bed, cleaned often;) In general, we liked the rest, we plan to visit Tunisia again, but already to more expensive hotels.
We were at this hotel in the middle of June, at first we were accommodated in the basement, it was damp and smelled bad of mold... The next day, with a voice hoarse from dampness, we went to the reception to ask for another room, higher... Russian is difficult to understand there and we had to use a mobile translator. As a result, after standing at the reception for half a day, we received the key to another room on the third floor, paying $ 50 at the same time. Hooray, now the hotel has really become 3+-4*.then everything was fine)).
A Decent Hotel!I recommend it for holidays with children. As a beachgoer, I was thrilled. The staff of the 3-plus reception does their job, the restaurant staff are great fellows, they work for 5+!
Russian Russians have a convenient location, the sea is beautiful, clean, the hotel is cozy, but there are few Russian tourists, the situation is unfavorable for Russians, the concept of the hotel is located for the Germans
Full of slag, the last one from the airport, i.e. 2.5 hours you will take the rest before you arrive yourself , Russians are immediately settled in the basement , no matter what you want , prepare money , Germans are settled in comfort for free , the whole hotel and staff are imprisoned by the Germans , beer is also poured into other glasses , in general , whatever you touch , either pay or drag vacation ,
Small room, 3 beds, has a balcony and a bathroom. Garbage from the beach is thrown directly into the sea. The food is more or less. The reception is beautiful. There is a mini zoo.
Russians have nothing to do in this hotel. Terrible attitude towards Russians, especially when settling in. They'll give you a room in the basement. Then they'll get hooked up with someone. It is better to look for another hotel.
