Nice hotel in the center of the old town. 10 minutes walk from the central square of the city. Clean, large rooms, everything is modern. There is a kettle and tea, coffee, a bottle of water. Pleasant communication at the reception. Not everyone speaks Russian, but they understand it. Some of them speak English. A full breakfast buffet. Everything is very tasty. It is best to stay there in spring or summer, because the hotel is among private houses and in winter it is not a very attractive view. On the top floor there is a bar-terrace with panoramic views of the city and mountains. You can't sit there in winter, but in summer I think it's great. Special thanks to the staff. Wish: hang the sign when turning onto the street where the hotel is located. I searched for an hour, and finally called a taxi.

We were in Kutaisi in July for 1 night, the choice fell on this hotel. The reservation and payment were made through t-bank. We were able to park the car on the territory, but there are few places. At the reception, a young girl will communicate in English. The room has a mountain view, very picturesque. There is a TV, the air conditioning is all working. Upon check-in, we provided fruits for our honeymoon and flowers (for an additional fee) Unfortunately, our short stay was marred by the following factors: lack of toilet paper (we had to go downstairs because there was no phone in the room), dirty floor, 1 plug socket. And tomorrow is very mediocre, we arrived an hour before the end of breakfast time, everything was cold and tasteless, we got a rotten fruit.

Nice hotel with modern rooms, nice staff. The room had a good view of the city. Many thanks for giving me an iron ☺️ We came here for our honeymoon, we were greeted with a plate of fruit. A significant disadvantage is the dirty floor in the room.
