I really liked the attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests. A special impression was formed after Saturday's welcome drink, the saxophonist and singer were pleased with their professionalism, my husband and I danced with pleasure ). I am very glad that it is possible to live with dogs. Among the wishes: I would like to have not only rice for breakfast from cereals, but also other cereals, for example, kenoa, oatmeal, since people come to the hotel to recover and not everyone can have rice; it would be better to clean the showers next to the pool. I recommend this hotel as it has a great location and a great staff, which makes up for all the disadvantages!

The second time we came to the hotel for a short vacation. The first time was in March 2019. I recommend taking full board, very good dishes for lunch and dinner, there is a table with snacks, order main dishes from the menu. Breakfast is varied, in the morning you can pamper yourself with a glass of Prosecco). Spacious room, lots of closets, chest of drawers and bedside tables. If you come for a long vacation, there is a place to hang and put clothes and put shoes. There is a safe with a key. The rooms and the entire hotel are well cleaned, towels are changed and shower accessories are put in. Upon arrival, there is a bathrobe and a towel for the pool on the bed. There are spa treatments, I did a therapeutic body massage. On the way to the pool, there is an inhalation room, sauna and hammam. Almost all the staff is friendly, except for the reception desk. We extended the stay, customer orientation is 0, they don't care if you extend it or not. Upon departure, they took the payment and removed the Booking from the card, we had to figure it out for more than one day. I'm taking one * off for this. You can walk around the territory, and musicians perform in the lobby on Saturday evening.

A great hotel with excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A large outdoor thermal swimming pool of 25 meters, a swimming pool outside and inside with various hydro-massages, plus a sauna and a hammam with artificial snow. Bars with food at the reception and by the pools. Free bike rental, for an additional fee, therapeutic mud and other procedures. Good location, close to the train station: 10 min. Padua, 40 min. Venice , etc.
It fully meets the criterion - price / quality. 👍👍👍

The hotel itself is great, but the air conditioning was not working in the room and the TV was also strangely intermittent. When asked to fix it, they promised, but did not do it ..... otherwise everything is fine, a large territory, a swimming pool with thermal water and a swimming pool, there are tennis courts, live music in the evenings. Light alcohol (Prosecco) even at breakfast and before dinner as an aperitif. The food is probably the most delicious, as is typical of the whole region (Veneto), there is just a luxurious pastry shop and a cozy restaurant specializing in seafood dishes nearby. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. You can visit Venice, Ferrara, Padua, Rome and much more. There is an interesting museum for children: "Butterfly House", where exotic butterflies are grown and fly and fairy-tale characters "live" in the park
