Nice hotel. The room is small, but everything you need is there. Shower, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, hair dryer, comfortable bed. And most importantly, the air conditioner! Basically, when you're in Rome and you come to the room only closer to night and fall down from fatigue, the room is super! Breakfast is included in the room rate, a buffet for every taste. There are sofas and books in the lobby. To the Colosseum 20 minutes on foot, to the metro 5 minutes on foot, to the railway station 5 minutes. .I recommend it!
The hotel is cozy, for budget tourists, located near the train station and the center, the hotel has poor paid wi-fi, the neighborhood is dirty due to immigrants littering right there
A great budget option. Within walking distance from Termini train station. The historical part of Rome is about 20 minutes on foot. Cozy rooms. In general, it's not bad. I recommend.

A very nice cozy hotel! With excellent staff! The breakfast is not bad (only the coffee is terrible, although from the coffee machine) . I really liked that when checking in, we took into account all the wishes that were written for check-in.
In general, I recommend it.
The location is not convenient to walk to the center or to the train station, garbage, the stench of garbage cans and a lot of homeless people, which is scary to walk past, but there are no other ways, that's the only thing I didn't like, the 3-star hotel itself.
Paid wi-fi, which worked terribly, the rooms are small but clean, the room was cleaned every day, the audibility was amazing, you could hear who was doing what in the neighboring rooms, very convenient location of the hotel, 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum, 15 minutes from Termini station, 10 minutes from the metro Manzoni!
