A lovely guest house. A cozy, spacious room equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator). Breakfast is included in the price, it takes place in the courtyard of the hotel, in a national style. The breakfast is simple and edible. The hotel is located on a beautiful square with a mosque, not far from the largest market in Asia - Chorsu, where they bought everything - national food, cooked with you and for ridiculous money, which can be eaten here, medicines, local products (sausage cheeses) and sweets, tea, nuts, dried fruits, fruits, gifts and goodies home. The guest house is a family business, all family members are involved in its management, so everything is very cozy and convenient. I want to express my great gratitude to the owner, Sanjar. He did everything possible to make our vacation in Uzbekistan comfortable: from meeting from the airport, early check-in (at three o'clock in the morning), exchanging rubles, organizing individual tours to Samarkand, Bukhara and the mountains.
It's a great place. Clean and tidy. Really a mini-hotel. It is managed by a married couple. Breakfast is a little meager. The location is just great. The windows overlook the mosque directly. The calls to prayer did not interfere at all. In the evening, silence, lighting, and local walks. Chorsu Market, as well as the metro station of the same name, is 15 minutes away. I definitely recommend it.
A great hotel in a great location! The owners are a very nice married couple. Everything is very comfortable, warm, and beautiful. Close to the sights. Do not be afraid of the morning calls to prayer, they are heard everywhere, all over Uzbekistan.
In the photo, there is a courtyard where you can drink tea in the evening and chat with your neighbors in the hotel.
Great. Clean, tasty, convenient, inexpensive. Close to Chorsu Market. Sanjar and Mukhadas are friendly to guests and always help. The rooms are new, spacious, bright. Beds with good mattresses, linen and towels are excellent. There is a kettle in the room, a comfortable large bathroom with toiletries. The guest house is located on the territory of the Suzuk-Ota Temple Complex. The view from the windows is amazing. When we arrive in Tashkent again, we will stop here. The atmosphere is homely, I liked it. Recommendation
The first hotel upon arrival in the territory of Uzbekistan and, as it turned out later, after Samarkand, Bukhara, Navoi, and many other cities, the best place.
The location is extremely convenient. Good repair, comfortable mattresses. It was quiet, we didn't hear anyone. Delicious and healthy breakfasts. There are no problems with the Internet. Good parking and much more, for example, cold drinking water as much as you want.
The main thing is the complete feeling that you live in a family and not in a hotel, Sanjar and his family make this place extremely comfortable. Constant participation and assistance in any problems and needs that you have, in addition to comfort and excellent location, make this place the best for the entire month-long trip by car.
The hotel is fresh, the host is friendly, the room is not very large, but everything is clean and comfortable. Nearby there is a mosque and a huge well-groomed territory, which is pleasant to walk around.
Clean and cozy room, very attentive host. The hotel itself is very conveniently located, not far from shopping malls, almost in the city center. Chorsu market is within walking distance, and behind the hotel is the famous Suzuk ota complex.
The room has everything you need: shampoo, gel, soap, slippers. The water is cold and hot in the cooler on the floor. There is a mug in the room.
Well-maintained territory. I liked everything. I'm ready to go back there again.
I liked everything very much. Sanjar is a hospitable host. The feeling that you were visiting friends. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nearby attractions and the airport is not far away. The architectural complex of Suzuk-Ota is beautiful.
Many thanks to the owner of the hotel Sanjar and his wife!!! I visited their wonderful house for the second time, where I was greeted like a native: coziness, cleanliness, comfort, a wonderful and colorful breakfast with fruits, in an oriental style. When I was here last year, I was seduced by the place - the windows to the fabulously beautiful Suzuk-Ota mosque plus the inexpensive price. This time I already knew for sure that the service would be excellent!!!
Health and prosperity to the wonderful and hospitable hosts, Sanjar and Mukadas, as well as their children.
Very nice hotel. Clear. Quietly. The view from the window is very beautiful on the mosque. But because of this, you need to be ready for night prayers. There are breakfasts of 35 thousand soums. Towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush and paste, everything is there.
It's hard to call it a hotel. This is a large-scale hostel with a hotel feel. The staff speaks Uzbek perfectly, and that's all. We could not properly explain to tourists where you can eat national cuisine nearby. Fortunately, this is an old town and any catering is national. Next to the shopping center "Samarkand Darvaza".
I recommend. Good location. The windows overlook the mosque and madrasah. You will not have to go to at least one attraction, you are already in it. The room is clean, the air conditioning is working, the floors are warm, there is shampoo, gel and soap. Breakfast is included in the price: a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs, dried fruits, nuts, flatbread, tea. The hotel is family-run, the owner is always on site, keeps it clean and tidy.
We recommend an excellent small cozy hotel where you will be greeted by hospitable hosts, fed delicious breakfasts; within walking distance of the metro, the bazaar, the city park and other attractions.
Nice, clean hotel. The friendly host. But there is one thing that we did not take into account when booking, it is a functioning mosque in the vicinity. Otherwise, everything is fine. Chorsu market is within walking distance
We stayed at this hotel from April 6 to April 9, 2023. The hotel is new, built in an authentic style. Located in the city center, but in a low-rise guarded quarter. Nearby there is a shopping center, shops, a large market. The metro is nearby. The hosts are very hospitable, the cleanliness is perfect, there are breakfasts. They will tell you where and what to buy, where to go. If you need dinners, you can arrange and everything will be prepared.I recommend this hotel.
A very pleasant place. Quiet, cozy. The rooms are comfortable, there is everything you need. Shower, toilet in the room. Within walking distance of the shopping center. I would recommend this place. I quite liked it. A pleasant bonus was the underfloor heating in the shower, which is good in winter, there is heating in the room. In summer, the room has air conditioning.
A very pleasant hotel as a budget option. I lived in a single room for $25, the room is small, but very clean and with all amenities: air conditioning, TV, sockets. The bathroom is lined with very beautiful tiles in the local style) there is soap, shampoo, gel and even a toothbrush with a small paste!
There is a small courtyard and a kitchen for guests. The hosts are very nice. Payment in cash.
I really liked that the hotel is located on the territory of the mosque, right next to a beautiful park! But! Prayers begin at 4.30 am, earplugs are required! It is impossible to sleep without them. Everything is OK with the earplugs, nothing is in the way.
It's all clear. The staff is very polite. The location is next to Chorsu Bazaar. The rooms are clean. There is a heated floor in the bathroom. The atmosphere 👍🏻
A well-located, clean and cozy hotel. I would especially like to mention orthopedic mattresses! I slept very well these days)
Many thanks to Sanjar, the owner of the hotel. I always tried to help and went to a meeting.
The most beautiful hotel, with a good location on the territory of the historical complex and overlooking it. The rooms are clean, there is shampoo/soap/toothbrushes, the hotel is brand new. Friendly service, pleasant prices for rooms. I highly recommend this hotel, there is nothing to complain about, the guys work at the highest level!
Everything is great!
We stayed for 2 nights!
The host tries to help each guest with any questions!
We had an early check-out, they prepared it for us earlier tomorrow!
The hotel itself is normal, but the owner is something. He is very unpleasant to communicate with.
The room description shows one king-size bed, in fact 2 single beds. The owner began to explain that a double bed is a single bed pushed together. Okay, we stayed in this room because we were tired from the road. Then it turned out that there were double beds in the hotel, but the owner simply deceived us by saying that there were no such rooms in the hotel.
Needless to say, half of the services offered in the room were missing: no kettle (but there is a cooler on the 2nd floor), no sound insulation (you can hear everything that happens in the hallway). We barely agreed to pay with a card, after 5 minutes of bidding with the owner, although this option is also indicated on booking.
But the most unpleasant thing was ahead. Breakfast was included in our room rate, but one day we left early on business, so the day before we were asked to pack a snack with us. The owner said that at 6 a.m. he would personally hand over 2 containers of food to the reception. As a result, in the morning we hardly found his wife in the kitchen, who gave us one container for two, in which there were 2 eggs, 2 sausages, a handful of nuts and raisins. I do not know how they did not burst from such abundance, but it was unpleasant that the owner did not consider it necessary to keep his word.
Then it turned out that breakfast in principle at this hotel is meager. So be ready to eat one sausage.
The next morning, the situation was repeated. I left before my companion and warned the owner that I would leave in the morning at 6:15, and asked to register. He said he would leave her at the reception. In the end, of course, there was nothing. I left without her, and then the owner, without any apologies, gave the registration to my companion, but the check-in date is indicated a day later (apparently someone is trying to hide something). It is disgusting from this attitude to the guests.
P.S. the room itself is clean, new plumbing, hot water without interruptions. View of the lawn and the mosque. Chorsu metro station is 25 minutes on foot, part of the way through the bazaar.
I think the hotel is not worth the money.
A very neat budget accommodation option. It's a little difficult to find, except that, but there's nowhere to get lost: several rows of identical new townhouses, next to a beautiful mosque with a madrasah. The rooms are comfortable: everything is clean, plumbing works well. In general, I was satisfied with everything!
Great hotel, perfect location, clean, beautiful. Close to shops, museums, metro in 15 minutes. Everything is new in the rooms, everything is working properly.

A wonderful new cool hotel. The hotel has comfortable mattresses and beds, a super view from the window, everyone is entitled to a hygienic dental kit, gel, slippers, snow-white towels. To say that I am happy with my stay in this place is literally nothing to say! Thank you for Sanjar's hospitality and help in everything! The owner guided you around the city, helped with currency exchange, helped with taxis, advised cool places to visit. We are very satisfied, we went with friends for the New Year holidays and we recommend this hotel 100%.
Great place. The location of sozak ATA is central. There is transport to every corner of the city. The hotel is very clean, quiet, the air is excellent.
I would like to tell the guests to come here
Яхши мехмонхона тавсия қиламиз оилавий боришга хам яхши, тоза, озода. нонуштасига янаям эътибор қаратилиши керак менимча. Ёнгинасида масжид намозга жуда қулай
A disgusting host. I've never met anyone like that before. He demanded that we cancel the reservation in order to pay him outside the Booking. That his hotel was on Black Friday, and the prices became very low, so he did not want to pay an additional commission. My fiance and I were confused by the arrogance and pressure.
They asked to see the number. As a result: the room is not the one that was stated (we wanted a nice room with a Kingsize bed), and our room has two separate beds. A big argument began that it was necessary to move the beds and get one common! Voila! He introduced himself as the host to those who met us: he waved his arms and said that "in his kingsize hotel these are exactly such beds and if you move them, it will be just big, and the fact that the standards around the world are different does not bother him." We have a confirmation video.
Then he began to demand a "certificate from the registry office" that it was prescribed for him. Where is it registered? We have great respect for religions and traditions. And if there was such a point, we would not choose such a hotel, but would choose something really touristic and Europeanized.
We live in Europe and travel. We were in Islamic countries, but everywhere we were accepted as tourists.
And this gentleman was also ready to receive us without a "certificate". But only when we wanted to move in. So the rules aren't so strict when you have money?
It was at 21-22.00 pm. We had a difficult and long flight with a transfer. We wanted to go to bed as soon as possible. But we had to go to another hotel (where, by the way, we were fed, decorated and even given gifts - that's really hospitality!).
Rudeness, arrogance, waving your arms, putting guests in an awkward, difficult position - this is exactly about this hotel.
The first impression of Tashkent was spoiled.
It is located in the city center, near a market, a mosque, good places to eat (further down the street, past the shopping center, on the same side). Unfortunately, there is no breakfast, the conday blew thoughtlessly right on the bed, one curtain was missing.
We booked through booking, received confirmation, arrived, but there are no rooms available, the person at the reception says "but I don't have time to follow the booking, they call me on the phone to book", offered a brotherly hotel next to his brother, we left.
Clean, cozy, convenient location and breakfast included. There are no disadvantages.

A very nice quiet place. Clean, cozy rooms, fresh high-quality renovation. The owner is very attentive and easy to communicate, always helps, gives useful tips for tourists.
A small room. Very clean. I advise you only to spend the night. The room has a beautiful view of the park. Birds are singing all night, insects are chirping. From the hotel you can quickly get to the city center by car. The hotel does not speak Russian. Very sparse territory. I wouldn't stop a second time
