A 4 star hotel deserves only 3 stars in the rating. Clean, cozy, but very budget-friendly in everything. There is nothing in the room that is standard even for 3-star hotels. Slippers, bathrobes, kettle, tea and coffee, sugar, water, bathroom accessories, a compliment for guests - all this is not there. There is a sign on the facade: "for sale" and this explains a lot.
