I liked everything, except for the rare cleaning, for 7 days of stay :1 time. But since I'm a very careful person, it didn't bother me. The staff is friendly, especially the girls I liked the breakfasts. The location of the hotel is 5+:there is a tram and bus stop nearby

The hotel is not fulfilling its obligations. We paid for the room 45 days before arrival. A few days before arrival, a notification arrives from the intermediary that the hotel will not be able to check us in. And this is 12 hours before our difficult trip. I didn't sleep for 2 nights, not knowing if I would have a place to sleep in this city. As a result, we were settled on the outskirts in a deserted place with dogs in a completely smoky hotel and a room where you can't even stand up to your full height!

Almost all the time we stayed at the hotel, there were excursions for schoolchildren who were noisy at night and no one could calm them down. There was no second shower door in my room. The room card was broken very often, so I had to go down to the reception after I went up to the floor to have it fixed.
