The location is top-of-the-line, the view from the terrace is just fire. The rooms are clean, moderately spacious, and all the accessories are there.
The breakfasts are typically Turkish, arranged on the ground floor, there are several tables, there is no crowd.
The hotel is located in an alley, not crowded, not noisy. There are a lot of attractions and transport stops within walking distance.
The staff is friendly, responsive, different on shifts, and we spoke Russian a couple of times.
Those who are not used to hearing calls to prayer in the early morning may not like it, because Sultanahmet is right under the windows.
We would come back again, but the prices...
The hotel is authentic and atmospheric. The rooms are small and there are some very small ones, but for historical Istanbul this seems to be the norm. The price is good. They paid 9,000 for 2 nights. We booked on the Island. They paid with a Russian card.
The room was clean. They cleaned up . The linen is sparkling white and the bed is nice. The plumbing is in working condition. The water was hot without interruptions.
The views from the terrace are amazing. Both the mosque and the sea. There were several hours left before the flight, we were already tired of running. We gathered food, went up to the terrace and sat there enjoying the views and seagulls). It seems to me that even in summer there are no breakfasts. Just a viewing terrace. There are chairs and tables there. Snack breakfasts. They offer to cook an omelet or scrambled eggs for 40 lire. That surprised me. As a rule, this is included in the breakfast. We are not particularly lovers of omelets, so we did not order, we already had enough. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance, without (up/down) and in a quiet alley.
Great location. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. Soap, shampoo, slippers are available. Delicious and hearty breakfasts on the roof terrace with stunning views of the Sultanahmet Mosque and the bay. All major attractions are within walking distance. Nice restaurant next to the hotel. We bought Turkish sweets from them, fresh and delicious at an adequate price. The seller speaks Russian. I recommend.
