Everything was clean, cleaned every day, there was no smell of chemicals. There is silence around the hotel because the road is a dead end. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby, a tram stop, you can easily get to the central tourist center near the Albertina Platz and the Vienna Opera. Breakfast is amazing, sausage, vegetables, cheeses, red fish (!), coffee from the car, different tea, lots of pastries... A taxi was called once, it was 15 euros to Albertina...
a very good hotel in a good area of Vienna. a small disadvantage is that it takes 10-12 minutes to get to the metro. Excellent varied breakfast. but we had a little problem. We left early in the morning on January 6 and breakfast would start at 6.30. but it turned out that this was a holiday in Vienna and no one informed us about it. and breakfast was postponed to 7 o'clock. Extremely comfortable rooms, excellent location in the center of Vienna, delicious food in the dining room, a small gym on the top floor with access to a luxurious veranda with a view of Vienna from above. I recommend this hotel to everyone
