This is a great hotel. Kind and positive hosts. The rooms are modest. But you didn't come to Italy to stay in rooms. Therefore, you should not pay attention to the minimalism of the rooms. There is a railway line nearby, if you have a light sleep, it will interfere. Personally, I slept great. The sea is nearby, cafes, bars, establishments are within walking distance.

We stayed at the hotel in July-August 2019. The hotel staff and the overall atmosphere made a favorable impression. They knew in advance that the railway was close. At night, trains and commuter trains are not heard very much, And during the day there is no time to sit in the room, being at sea and in the country, one of the centers of world culture. The Teztur tour operator provided all the information about the hotel before the trip objectively. There were wonderful and well-organized excursions. I bought a breakfast tour. The rooms are small in size, but with a balcony.The breakfasts are hearty. Some vacationers, Russians who came from a hungry land, ate a lot of pastries and other things, and because of this, the girl working in the dining room, very nice and courteous, got tired of putting more and more trays. Alas, the reputation of the country is formed because of people like you! You need to have a conscience, and not make continuous claims. The coffee machine broke down due to the fact that, again, some people poured five cups and could have breakfast for an hour and a half!If you want chic and gluttony, welcome to Turkey! And that's not how they behave in Europe. In general, for that kind of money, it's a normal hotel.

An inexpensive and clean hotel near the sea, Russian-speaking staff, polite staff. There is a shop with fresh vegetables and fruits nearby. The bar is open in the evening. Of the minuses, the rooms should be updated, there is nowhere to iron and wash clothes, even if it is paid (it is important if you stay for a long time), the breakfasts are meager (but maybe it's just local peculiarities).

Disgusting hotel:not tasty food, there were always not enough cutlery (they offered to eat soup with teaspoons!!!), all drinks (including even regular water for children) for a fee, the bathroom is a separate conversation-sitting on the toilet with your knees against the sink, you barely asked for a curtain to separate the shower from the sink and there was no toilet, toilet paper and air freshener,there was nowhere to dry linen and towels,towels and bed linen had not been changed once in 10 days,ants on the balcony,air conditioning was paid, there was not even a tiny refrigerator, the staff was unresponsive,at night someone was constantly knocking on the door and calling on the phone, but on the the staff did not respond to our complaints in any way.It's terrible!I do not recommend it!

A pleasant family-run hotel within walking distance from the sea. The staff speaks Russian and is very hospitable. The rooms are cleaned every day, the dinners are hearty and varied.

Terrible:
1. There is a railway nearby (30 meters), it is very noisy especially at night, even with the door to the balcony closed. The resident crowd of teenagers often knocked on the door at night, made noise, yelled, ran around the hotel, while the hotel staff was inactive. On the way to the hotel, it stinks of sewage.
2. The air conditioner turned out to be paid, but there is a squeaky propeller on the chandelier.
3. A very cramped bathroom, in which there is no dividing barrier between the shower and the toilet, and there is also no curtain. The plumbing is old.
4. There is an unpleasant smell in the room, apparently of pets. There is no clothes dryer (if you decide to visit this place, then do not forget to take a rope and clothespins with you). There is no refrigerator. The TV is very small, although we absolutely did not need it. There's a crack in the ceiling. Ants live on the balcony, mosquitoes appear at night.
5. The staff is Russian-speaking, unfriendly. The same people at the reception and at the service in the dining room.
6. Only garbage was taken out of the room cleaning. The floors have not been washed once in 10 days, and bed linen and towels have not been changed. But after the first night, the mattress pad was removed and the two beds began to move apart. They save on toilet paper and air freshener, they didn't bring paper in the second half of the vacation, and there is no air freshener at all. Again, after the first night, more or less normal bedspreads were taken away.
7. Breakfast is standard for this region, strictly on schedule. It is strictly forbidden to take out food. It is forbidden to enter with your own food and drinks. The dinners are monotonous and tasteless, drinks are not included in the dinner. There are not enough cutlery for everyone. The soup is suggested to be eaten with teaspoons.
Considering the above, this hotel clearly has an overestimated star rating. It is absolutely not clear why this hotel recommends this tour, highlighting it with separate signs. This hotel is a great disgrace to both Rimini and Italy in general. If we had come here last year, we definitely would never have come to Rimini or Italy again.
