The whole family had a great rest in a Russian villa, an outdoor swimming pool, music and kebabs, a pond with swans and exotic fish, it was interesting to walk around the entire villa, made in different styles, children played on the playground, polite staff, from lack of resources only the lack of a first-aid kit for all occasions, so take your medicines just in case. The impressions are great, we will continue to relax there, we will see the rest of the villas in different themes and styles!

A great super complex! We came to visit Uzbekistan and were brought here for 3 days. There was an expectation that they simply "rented a house in the country for the company," but Shik exceeded expectations.
A huge territory with houses of various tastes, many reservoirs, fountains, pools, gardens and vegetable gardens. Various animals and birds. Pleasant staff who are always ready to help and always in touch with any problem. The receptionist kindly gave us a tour of all the places, even let us into other houses so that we could compare the difference. The yurt seemed interesting (for two it is a super option). We also had a Euro villa for a large company (from 12 people) and we were incredibly comfortable there. The pool is warm, clean, near the Russian sauna, just a buzz. We rested and bought up.
I definitely recommend it for a vacation)

I often come here, a good place for a family, relaxing holiday. You can rent a house, a bungalow or a room (although I have never taken a room, so I can't say anything about the conditions). The territory is large and beautiful, there is a sauna, a winter and outdoor swimming pool, a football field, a mini zoo and a fish pond. There is paid fishing, my son caught a couple of small fish by half a kilo, payment for fishing by weight. The house and bungalow are provided with dishes, air conditioning and basically everything you need. However, the last time I went to the bungalow there was no refrigerator, kettle, which is very inconvenient, it is a pity that they did not warn in advance that the conditions had changed. There is Wi-Fi on site, but it is not very stable. There are power outages, but usually everything is repaired promptly. The last time I didn't like the employee's attitude towards us, the impression was spoiled. But according to old impressions, I put 5.

We had a rest with our family and guests from Russia in this place. Everything would be fine if it weren't for one unpleasant incident that spoiled the whole attitude to this place. My family and I swam in the indoor pool, and later a group of young guys came there. They began to approach my underage sister and my wife, then tried to drown the dog of guests from Russia, when trying to talk to them about stopping it all, they tried to initiate a fight, threw phrases touching on nationalist and religious topics, I was the only man, there were 8-9 people, naturally I called the administration, came the guard began to smile and discuss something with them in Uzbek. We left the pool in order to avoid an escalation of the conflict, the result was that the perpetrators were not punished. When asked if there would be any fines for this group of people, the guard only said that we were to blame and in general we were fined for taking the dog with us (the dog did not swim in the pool, although an additional fee was paid for it), allegedly the administration took pity on us and would not impose fines. I really liked the place. The territory is large, 4 hectares, there are animals, the children really liked it. The territory is not far from Tashkent. It is quite clean, with a variety of bird species (peacocks, rooster with chickens, swans, ducks...). There are pools: children's, adults (with cool water and warm). There is table tennis. The rooms themselves resemble Soviet wards in hospitals. The bed linen is clean, the pillows are not comfortable ((, well, in principle, as often happens in hotels. In the toilet, the floor was not very clean, some papers were lying around like from a Band-Aid? In the kitchen, there were fly flypapers right in front of my eyes!!! It's called bon appetit, you're eating, and there are dead flies, well, that kind of thing. And I would not say that the kitchen is just delicious, I cook no worse and I think that in the store in the 21st century, leaf tea should be sold, which did not exist.

We lived in a nice big cottage. There is a swimming pool on site, a large sauna with an indoor pool. Equipped barbecues and cauldrons. Beautiful territory with birds, sports grounds. The rooms are clean, there have been several days, no cleaning was required. Equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes. The staff is helpful. The territory is closed. The only problem is to go back to the city.

A place far from the city. There is nothing particularly remarkable outside the resort, except for fields with corn, 2 very small shops nearby. The territory itself is covered with barbed wire, as in the zone :). In the evening, one of the neighbors often burns something incomprehensible, the air smells of burning and something else very strange.
Among the advantages: there are many different plantings and in different parts of the territory you can enjoy mulberry (mulberry), apricots, cherries, plums, currants, apples. There are a lot of feathered animals on the territory: peacocks, ostriches, swans, fish, swallows, chickens.
There are also swimming pools on site, you can use the services of a massage therapist and go to the hammam. We lived in the Indian zone. The rooms are quite cozy, but in the bathrooms something constantly creaked even at night and dispensers with shower gels and shampoos are very flimsy.
I can't say anything about the food, because I didn't eat at the local canteen.
You need to be careful with the owners. They found fault with us because of the dispensers and the strangely adjusted payment for the services of a massage therapist.

But there is no service from the word at all, for water and juice to the store, food had to be ordered separately via telegram, kebabs!!! In Uzbekistan, there are no skewers. Apparently, you need to go to this place with your own products in order to cook yourself (everything is there for this, and a cauldron, etc.)

There are three swimming pools on the territory, two outdoor and an indoor one. An absolute plus of outdoor pools is that they are under a canopy roof, you do not have to drive the kids out of the water into the shade)) The pools are small, but in general it was not crowded. The contingent is pleasant, there are surprisingly many elderly people, families, and no noisy companies.
The area is pleasant for walking, there is a place for fishing, but it does not look very attractive for "nerybaks".
Maintenance and cleanliness at a good level.
We rented a bungalow, a kind of mixture of a cot and a room, with tables for 15 people and wicker chairs for relaxing. We didn't spend much time in the room, but its presence is very convenient, if you get tired of the heat, you can spend time in the cool, there is air conditioning and a TV in the room. It seems to me especially convenient for elderly family members who find it hard to sit by the pool all day.
Pilaf was ordered from the food, it looked unusual, but it turned out to be delicious. A special advantage is that you can take food and drinks with you without restrictions.

The idea is 5/5, The pools are 5/5, I can't rate the restaurant, we only had lunch, it's not enough. But the cleanliness is 3/5 and the "divorce" of vacationers is 0/5. Cleanliness: everywhere is dirty, garbage, but at the same time the toilets are clean, the dishes in the room are greasy, the appliances are dirty, they washed themselves, the towels are clean and soft. Vacationers (apparently of Slavic appearance) are bred. It was like this with us: when we checked in, there were sheets with stains that were hidden under the pillow. We noticed them, but recklessly did not "present" them to the administration, blamed them on the local mentality, since everything is so dirty. And that was our mistake. Upon departure, the maid purposefully went to specific beds, immediately lifted the pillows (the ones that are needed, 2 out of 6) and said that they could not make such a bed for the guests. The administrator spread his hands with a smile and billed 260,000 amounts. Of course, we paid, we had a vacation, not before that, but the sediment remained, especially since the institution was chosen on the recommendation and the referrer himself was shocked by such an outright divorce. In general, I recommend visiting, just at the check-in stage you need to be more careful and fix all the flaws in the video and in the presence of a representative of the administration or ask for everything to be replaced immediately.
