The best hotel in Temirtau!!! Pleasant and caring staff, very tasty cuisine and breakfasts, large portions and delicious cooking. The rooms are already tired, but they are slowly making repairs. It is urgently necessary to remove the old carpet from the rooms and replace it with laminate. Well, TV and the Internet need to be finalized, of course. WiFi only catches in the lobby of the first floor. There are only 4 channels on TV - nowadays it's not very clear...

An excellent hotel and a chic restaurant.
Employees are a big plus, you come as if to your home.
Among the disadvantages, I will note the poor condition of the plumbing, in particular the shower.
