I want to be outraged that this hotel is renting (freezing) the entire amount of the reservation a few months before the trip, although the reservation is free of charge and even paid at the hotel(
Because of them, we had to wait for a refund within 30 days. The most terrible experience on Booking (I do not recommend it...They do whatever they want(
