Great hotel. Located in the villa building. There is a forest with songbirds nearby. You can take a walk. Nearby there is a Rosman store and a small grocery store with cheap food and alcohol. Quiet area. While riding the tram to the center, there is an opportunity to admire Dresden.

everything is fine, the only drawback is that there is no elevator, it's too heavy to carry a suitcase to the top floor. But the views of the city are excellent
