At first glance, the hotel is very cozy, well renovated, modern, expensive doors, designer interior, good new furniture. Large rooms. And everything seems to be fine, but there is always BUT ... In the morning we went down for breakfast at 9 o'clock. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. And there is nothing to have breakfast with... three pies, two spoons of salad, a glass of lemonade and rosehip were poured. There are no forks, no spoons. All four tables are in dirty dishes. To the question of whether something will be reported in the dishes, the answer was received that breakfast is from 8 o'clock and everything has already been eaten. We agreed that breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and now it's only 9 a.m. We were offered fried eggs or scrambled eggs. In general, all the boring and comfort of the hotel were crossed out by breakfast, or rather the lack of it. The waitress girl and she also seems to be a cook and a cleaner and a dishwasher, said that there were a lot of guests today and because of this, no one is ready. I believe that this is the negligent attitude of the hotel management towards visitors. They knew that there would be a lot of guests for breakfast in the morning, they could either increase the breakfast by time, or arrange additional staff and the number of portions for breakfast. At first I wanted to give the hotel a deuce. But having put together all the pros and cons and in the hope that the hotel management will read this review and draw conclusions, I put a solid four. Who will be at this hotel, write down whether something has changed or not.
The hotel is clean and cozy. The room is cleaned once a week or on request. The beds were wide in our room, heating was already provided at the end of October 2024, and there is also air conditioning. There is a laundry service, in the evening you give things away in the morning you pick up clean ironed ones. As in all hotels, the audibility is very good. The staff is responsive and competent. They took breakfast included, in principle, it is very decent for Tashkent, since this is not common among them. At least you can have a snack normally. For the area where the Hotel is located, the price is fully adequate.
A good hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are pleasant, towels, slippers, shampoo, soap are all available. There are showers in the bathroom. The street where the hotel is located is quite deserted and dark in the evenings, walking is somehow uncomfortable, but at the same time there are places and restaurants within walking distance.
We arrived at the hotel late at night and this day was counted as full, the usual breakfasts were scrambled eggs, omelets, porridge without frills, it's really possible to eat if you're not late.
The room has large beds, thick mattresses, we liked it.The bathroom is , of course , a separate conversation , there is no ventilation , after going to the toilet you will filter your own flavors yourself , the clogged drain in the stall is also in place .Two mini shampoos and a small bar of soap are in place, as well as a
hair dryer. There are two glasses and a refrigerator in the room, there is a problem with sockets, you have to turn off the floor lamps in order to charge the phone. The room was on the ground floor, there was no mosquito net, i.e. a passerby sees everything that happens in your room (tulle and curtains are in place). There is a grocery store nearby, beer from under the floor !!!
Conclusion: if you spend a clean night or two, then it's fine, but if you need a BATHROOM without surprises, then check everything at once when you settle in...
Three for the disgusting breakfasts. Fried eggs in a puddle of butter. Fat - kapets. The choice is more than modest. The rest is normal. The hotel is 15 minutes from the Cosmonauts metro station. The area is quiet and very pleasant. There is a craft museum nearby.
I really liked this hotel.
Convenient location, clean, bright rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly, the receptionist named Stas is extremely helpful and always ready to help. Delicious breakfasts!
I advise everyone, 10/10 👍🏻
The location is good, not perfect, but good, quiet, calm, the staff is polite and friendly!
We settled in quickly, there were no problems. However, we found out about the free breakfast on the very last day), by the way, it's not bad
THE COOLEST thing is to leave things after the eviction, thanks a lot for that!
Our check-out was at 12:00, and the flight was at 23:50, losing the day is not an option, and walking with suitcases is not a good idea. The hotel has a luggage storage, FREE OF CHARGE!
The room is clean. Everything is working. Of the disadvantages, there is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is not bad, it is stated from 8 to 10. But by 8.40 many products are running out and they are not replenished.
A very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is convenient. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is polite and friendly. A good hotel we will come again
The staff is ready to help, a clean, cozy room with wide beds, delicious cuisine, a quiet, beautiful old neighborhood, convenient location: close to the metro and the city center.
And again, it seems to be good, but there are a lot of disadvantages. The TV did not work, the room was not cleaned, it was also unclear with breakfast, one day there was fruit, the other there was not.
I stayed with my husband on the way from Samarkand to Moscow. The room was on the ground floor, the linen was clean, but no lunchboxes were prepared at the check-out, although we asked for it twice. Aibek (the manager) is trying to brighten it up with just talking. Wi-Fi in the basement, you only work in the hallway. You will not be able to lie on the bed and buy, for example, tickets online
Good location. The room is clean. The only thing they have is a tourist tax. Keep this in mind. Then we moved to another hotel. There was no collection in it.
Everything looks normal. Wi-Fi is not available in the corner rooms on the ground floor. The guys at the reception are trying, but the "intern" clarified the lunchboxes and did not prepare them for the time of departure. The only one of the 3 hotels that required a tour fee for a week-long trip to Uzbekistan. The receipt was not provided.

Clean and cozy inexpensive hotel, located near the center in a quiet green place, working wifi, polite and friendly staff. Great 5 days in Tashkent
An excellent hotel 10 minutes drive from the airport, in a quiet and peaceful area. Especially the courteous, courteous and friendly staff who will not leave you unattended. Within walking distance from the hotel, there is a place to walk, visit cafes and local restaurants not only of national cuisine. I highly recommend it.
A normal hotel, located in the center on a quiet street, close to shops and cafes, twenty minutes walk to the metro. The room is clean, the furniture is good. Breakfast is included in the price, there were some problems with the receipts for accommodation, otherwise it is good.
A nice, quiet, cozy hotel. The room is clean, everything is in working order. The staff is polite and helpful. It is quite normal to spend the night during the New Year holidays in Uzbekistan. The price and quality correspond. It is located in a good location. Cosmonauts metro station is 600 m away, there are two supermarkets nearby
Great hotel. Clear. Quietly. Breakfast. Adequate staff and owners. A full range of standard hotel services. They let you in with animals. There are a lot of embassies and foreign missions on the same street.
A wonderful little hotel. Clean and cozy.
Responsive staff. My husband and I really liked it.
They helped us with any of our questions!
It is very nice that they gave a late check-out for free.
I lived for 3 nights, there was no room cleaning even once. They didn't vacuum before moving in, the whole floor is covered in crumbs and long female hair! Consider there is no breakfast. Omelette and samsa the day before yesterday. I didn't dare take the sausage.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. With all due respect to the people working there, I can't give a higher grade, and that's why: 1. There is a stale smell in the rooms that does not fade; 2. Wi-Fi is practically absent and no one wanted to change anything; 3. On the last night of our stay, some guests staged such a noisy "check-in" that it was hard to fall asleep before 2 a.m. and none of the administrators on duty was bothered. 4. The air conditioning in the room is practically not regulated and works at maximum all the time, you can't talk, because you can't hear each other. 5. On the neighboring plot, starting at 2.00 am, the rooster is SCREAMING incessantly (you won't open the window, you won't turn on the lights). 6. There is no refrigerator in the room, and what looks like it is called a minibar and did not work, because for the sockets to work, it was necessary to turn on the switch at the entrance, which no one even thought to tell us (but he came to the reception, said that the refrigerator did not work). We didn't go to breakfast, we didn't take any chances. We found another Hotel and moved in. We have never experienced so much joy when leaving the hotel.

It's simple! We arrived at night, waited 25 minutes for the owner, who went to the airport to pick up other tourists! Roosters have been singing outside the windows since 4 a.m.! It's impossible to sleep! After booking, another fee was requested from Yandex! It was not specified when paying for the reservation! The breakfasts are very weak! But the girls are trying! In short, an honest 3* with a big service disadvantage!
I really liked the Samir Hotel. It is located approximately in the center. But in a residential area. The room is clean, well maintained, odorless. After a trip to other cities of Uzbekistan, upon returning to Tashkent, we returned to Samir.
Excellent hotel, large, spacious junior suite, convenient location. There is a good Afghan cuisine restaurant nearby

One of the worst hotels I've been to. There is no room cleaning, electrical problems, terrible sound insulation, weak breakfasts. Two stars for bringing breakfast to the lunch box before departure. In general, I strongly do not recommend it
