We had already checked in when we arrived in Istanbul, i.e. we were looking for a place.
We've seen a lot of hotels.
These are the advantages:
Clear
Nice view from the window for this price, you can see the sea.(Yes, a little, but this is not the first line for 25,000 per day, as in others)
Nice bed
Normal repair
The bathroom is normal, water, etc.
The location is super
Good admin
The cost is not high, 7000rub/d
(For this money, the option is great. We watched Hilton, Radisson, they are much more expensive,
other small hotels cost the same, but there are no chips like here, so that everything is at once).
Have a good rest, everyone

I really liked the hotel, despite the small rooms, pleasant receptionists, but they don't speak Russian, it's not a problem for me who doesn't speak English, it will be difficult, next to the restaurant street, but the hotel is quiet, all Istanbul attractions are within walking distance, as well as trams. There is a terrace with a spectacular view of the Bosphorus!
A great hotel in a great location. Good breakfasts, great views from the windows (if you do not save on the room). The hotel is very well located, Sultanahmet district is one of the most beautiful places in Istanbul. I recommend it!!!
They cheat tourists out of money ! They rent out one room twice, then they offer to pay extra for the paid room in order to move into an improved one. The kitchen and the toilet on the ground floor are super dirty
One star for a very convenient location in Sultanahmet. There could be other advantages in this hotel, but everything loses its meaning if there is theft in the hotel, which is also supported by the head. On the day I left the room, I forgot my shawl on the bed. I had an evening departure to the airport, so I left my suitcase at the reception and went for a walk. I realized almost immediately that I had forgotten the scarf, but I was not upset, since I would still return to the hotel for my luggage on the same day and I was sure that the scarf would be given away. But it didn't happen. In the evening it turned out that the cleaning lady not only did not leave my scarf at the reception, but did not even report that I had forgotten it. The administrator began to find out and confirmed that there was a scarf, but could not find it for some reason. He knew that I had to leave for the airport in 10 minutes and pretended that he was looking hard. But he didn't give me the scarf. Since I was flying to Istanbul again exactly a week later, I asked to find my scarf and leave it at the reception. Agreed. A week later I come, another admin is sitting and says he doesn't know anything about the scarf. He calls his colleague, and he says that I called him myself a couple of days later and asked him to throw the scarf away!!!!! the manager came out and started telling me that they don't store things and shouldn't at all. And if someone had found my scarf, they would have given it away. Then she changed the version and said that there was a scarf, but it was thrown into the trash (aha! a scarf for 200 in the trash). I demanded to review the cameras and indicate in which trash they threw the scarf. The director changed her version again and said that the scarf was covered in blood. Then she added - there were still coffee stains. In the end, I still looked at the cameras and we found out that the cleaner took the scarf and hid it in her closet. I found my scarf and took it away, I did not write a statement, but the director, the administrator and the cleaning lady herself stood next to me all this time and told fairy tales about what they had not seen, thrown away, and in general they would not have taken someone else's thing. Draw conclusions. I travel a lot and have never met theft, and Saba Sultan distinguished themselves like this. As for the rooms, they are too simple for their price, there are not only dental kits, blankets and slippers, but even just no soap. Plus, there was hair in the room at check-in, as well as drops of blood in the shower and in the sink (((((
Boutique hotel. The rooms are small in size, furnished with oriental luxury. The breakfasts are standard, Close to the city center and the waterfront. An abundance of restaurants and cafes nearby with touts!
The hotel is super. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Very convenient location, 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia. They were in January 2024. The impressions are amazing. I recommend.
Good afternoon! I stayed with my husband at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of November. The room is an improved standard. In my opinion 3+. Advantages: location, underfloor heating in the bathroom, elevator, clean bed, comfortable bed, linen change every day, quite adequate staff trying to help. Cons: the bathroom is small, the room needs repair, water is only for money, no attention on the birthday, there are no bathrobes, modestly with washing accessories.
Great location, amazing staff!
The hotel has a terrace on the top floor, where you can climb up, look at the panorama around and feed the impudent seagulls.
The room is warm, easy to ventilate, the bed is comfortable.
The administrators helped to issue the HSE code, link it to the Istanbul transport card, called a taxi and answered all possible questions.
Thank you so much for such hospitality!
The breakfasts are meager.
It will go for a few days, we paid about 13 thousand rubles for two for 4 nights. What can you expect for that kind of money?)
I liked it: convenient location, close to many places of interest, very friendly and helpful staff, although they do not speak Russian, sea view from the window. On the 1st floor, the dining room has access to a small courtyard, where you can also have breakfast, but without a sea view. There is an open terrace on the roof, but very small. I liked the dressing table with a mirror in the room.
I didn't like it: the breakfasts are not as varied as I would like. For vegans, the choice is generally small. Although olives, vegetable snacks and dried fruits turned out to be very tasty. There are also cereals and muesli (but it is not known how much they cost there, because they are not in factory packaging), some fruits, cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled eggs, sausage, jams, halva, bread and some pastries, every day there was something from eggs - an omelet or scrambled eggs, or pancakes. Tea, milk, juice from a bag and a coffee machine.
We lived on the 4th floor in room 402, be careful if you will be checked into this room! Right behind the wall where the bed is, there is a laundry room of a nearby hotel or just an apartment building, and washing machines are working all night, and you can hear them strongly. This can interfere with sleep for those who have a light sleep. And there is also poor sound insulation between the rooms.
The room itself is clean, cleaned every day, but it was a little different from what is in the photo - the balcony was on the other side. There are no bathrobes, free water, too, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste, a shower would not hurt to repair, the furniture looks a little old, color correction is clearly applied in the photos, there are not enough hooks at the entrance to the room to hang outerwear, but there is a small closet. There was nowhere to put the suitcases, they jumped over them. Well, it will go for 3-4 days for those who are not particularly fastidious. We booked almost before the trip, there was not much choice anymore.
We ordered the transfer ourselves, took a taxi back to the airport, it turned out to be cheaper. We also searched for excursions ourselves from third-party organizations and on Airbnb.
The price does not match the quality of the accommodation. We took the most expensive room, so we are unhappy: there are no bathrobes, the air conditioner is forcibly controlled from the reception and is very noisy, the TV is only with Turkish channels, there are no toothbrushes, there is no toothpaste, there is no clean water for the kettle. A meager bar without alcohol. There are repairs on the terrace. The Internet is working very poorly. The receptionists at the reception do not speak Russian, English is very poorly pronounced. The same thing for breakfast every day, no sauces, no sour cream.
The photos of the rooms were taken from good angles, with color processing, which does not reflect the real situation (the furniture is poorly painted, the room area is small, the quality of the bathroom is low.
It makes no sense to list the pros, because the cons overshadow everything for such a price.
