Not a bad hotel. The rooms are old, of course, but clean and quite comfortable. Good, hearty breakfasts. A varied selection of food. There is a room on the ground floor where you can iron things. Of course, it would be more convenient if an iron was given in the room. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a market nearby. The shops. The exchanger is right across the street. There is a large park nearby with many attractions. The metro is located behind the park, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
We arrived with our family at the rohat hotel, the rooms are clean, cozy, because of this I put 4, but starting from the reception, the most important thing is when we went down for breakfast in the morning, the waiter SHOKHRUKH MAMATZHONOV, NOT SHAVED, NOT NEAT, immediately began to be rude, insulting, using obscene language! Dear managers, administrators, unfortunately we had to go in the morning and did not find you, but please keep in mind because of such incompetent employees, I will leave a photo of your employee below, it is unpleasant to be in your hotel! And the mood has turned to zero (0) because of your employees. And also, to all visitors, I want to say, think before you come to this hotel, they know how to spoil your mood for you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THE ROHAT HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!
The hotel is excellent, clean rooms, a good refrigerator that fits a lot, in the rest it is mini bars and not refrigerators, daily cleaning, the most important thing is a convenient location, 5 minutes to the metro through the park, there is also a grocery store - basket. Delicious breakfast buffet, I advise you)
A good hotel, good cleaning, good breakfasts, pleasant administrators (politely, culturally, respectfully help)
The only complaint is the sealed balcony doors (air conditioning, of course, is a good thing, but sometimes you want fresh air and see the surroundings not through the window)
There is no child's chair in the hotel, this is nonsense. Children's chairs are now available even in the simplest cafes. But the room with a double bed has one single blanket. How are 2 people supposed to sleep under it? The air conditioner aimed directly at the bed cannot be turned off. There's some kind of low-frequency noise from the street all the time, like an industrial air conditioner on the wall. It's hard to sleep. The audibility is terrible, as if there is no door, everything behind the door is audible.
It was very nice to have a rest. The service is very good, the rooms are clean. The food is very tasty. Staff plus five. The atmosphere is comfortable. A cozy room.
The most important drawback is that you will not be checked into the hotel without paying for the first day in Sumy!!! They don't care that you arrived at night, and there is no way to exchange money in the country!
Another of the minuses: meat-free breakfasts (lilac sausage does not count) and very hard beds!
Advantages: location (near a large beautiful park, market, supermarket and stadium)
I didn't stay at the hotel, I came to hand over the documents to my partners. I will note the convenient location, signs and excellent Parking. Good luck and prosperity to the owners!
I don't recommend it... Expensive hangers are not enough the kitchen is a mess in the morning! The receptionist was told to call a taxi and to wait near the exit....No need to say yandex taxi will come quickly... And I have to tell you where we're going to eat.... On November 25, at night, who was at the reception, he was sitting in the middle... The favor does more!!! QR code check was not given!!!
Expensive. Breakfast is almost choiceless. Those who are late will be left without breakfast. The rooms are small. Everything is fine with cleanliness and location. The staff would do well to be more polite.
I was there for a day during Ramadan, the hotel staff were very kind, the cleanliness was super, and for those who kept the fast, very tasty food was prepared
Rohat HOTEL is clean, all staff are active, 3 meals a day, everything is delicious and satisfying. nice neighborhood. And the price is not expensive! WELCOME
I didn't really like the hotel. It's a little dirty in the room. Very hard mattresses. The numbers themselves are not the most recent. There is a balcony, but you can't go out on it because the door has no handle. The breakfasts are so-so. The price does not match the quality.
But, the staff is pleasant, I think this is the main plus.
In summary, you can definitely find a cheaper and better option.
A good hotel, wi-fi, breakfasts and friendly staff as in the whole of Tashkent. I don't know the price, I was paid for a hotel. There is a market and many cafes nearby.
This hotel is so-so. Not 5 stars. But the rooms there are quite comfortable and everything is there. I recommend this hotel. Since it's clean and the staff is polite
It's already a very old hotel... The rooms do not always have air conditioning... It's time to make repairs, change the flooring, ventilation is outdated... In short, the hotel is tired...
Not a bad location, good staff at the reception. But, there is a terrible smell in the rooms, as if they are settling in after 8 people have spent the night in one room. Hair in bed. A walled-up balcony, no access to the balcony, disgusting sanitary facilities. Breakfast is until 9:30 and is not updated.
The rooms are good, the breakfasts are excellent, one thing is confusing if you arrived at night, there are guys at the reception who do not know Russian, and the maid comes in without knocking and warning! And so in general I liked everything, the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, there is a metro nearby.
