The beach is good, Karakol. The beach is almost always empty because Americans are sitting in the pool with a bar)) the hotel does not have a territory, there are 3 small pools, one is purely a bar, the second is for contests with animators, the third is 1.75 deep. We liked the food, but the regulars of this hotel said it was noticeably worse than before the pandemic. There were algae in early October, but not much, they are being removed. Of the disadvantages, they get masks, especially in a restaurant, so that they can be pulled over their noses, and children without masks are also not allowed (masks are not distributed, take them with you, they are expensive here and still find where they are sold). Food: seafood, lots of vegetables and fruits, sweets and alcohol (champagne, wine, rum, tequila, etc.)
Service: sensitive reception staff, nimble waiters and staff.
Language: Spanish and English only.
The hotel is no longer new, but it is constantly undergoing cosmetic repairs.
The beach is small, there is no sun after 15.00 because of the high-rise hotel.

We are resting here now. Objectively, the territory is 2 points, it does not exist, there is a public beach. It is the hotel that has 3 small pools full of drunken Americans. Today I saw a drunk sleeping on the floor behind the deck chairs.
The restaurant is on the 5th floor, there is ice cream, crabs, shrimp, cheese with mold is very decent, sprouted wheat, delicious fish, beef, chicken... you can take everything on plates yourself, BUT a huge minus is that the minted workers run after you in the restaurant, so that you don't put on a mask, you need to put it on your nose! - Children are not allowed to have dinner without a mask, it's wild for us. And no one offers you masks in a hotel or restaurant, as we do in any supermarket, like wherever you want, but we won't let you in without a mask ...
In general, the service of the hotel is clearly weaker than the normal five in Turkey. Animation in the evening in English, if anyone needs it. The sea is beautiful, Karakol beach. The hotel is average, the same Zanzibar, the royal hotel wins in my opinion with the same gorgeous sea
