Good-natured hosts, a beautiful lobby on the ground floor and that's it!!! The provided 4-bed room leaves much to be desired. The room is smoky, the mattresses are sagging, with a smell, with stains. Plumbing is generally tinny. We rented a room with not fully cleaned plumbing. While washing, I restrained myself so as not to cause a gag reflex. In the room, all the walls, ceiling, window sill are covered with numerous bloodstains from dead mosquitoes. There is no desire to return there anymore, despite the excellent attitude of the hosts.
We rested in Ureki for two years and lived in a hotel: the menu is normal, but dirt, lack of cleanliness everywhere, just killed , the smell of sewage in the rooms , the room in which we lived is terrible , like a kennel,
Very good hosts, but the room was small and slightly out of line with the photo. The transfer was provided by friendly and understanding people, great for a family holiday , close to the beach
Very friendly and helpful hosts: Tanguli and Irakli. A good cook. She makes excellent borscht. That's probably all the advantages. The breakfasts are meager, the cleaning lady has not looked into the room once in two weeks.
The cook cooks there deliciously. We lived in this hotel. They took chicken soup, salad, khinkali, chakhokhbili. Everything was better and cheaper than in the cafe in Ureki. Khachapuri should be ordered half a day in advance, the cooking process is related to the dough and takes time. Shish kebab should also be ordered a day in advance, not always so much meat is available, because this is not a cafe or a restaurant, but just a hotel with the possibility of catering. Pilaf is not exactly like pilaf, more like rice with chicken cooked in a frying pan. It's not greasy and tasty, the children ate it on both cheeks. And in general, we ate there with pleasure. Lunch and dinner were paid separately about 50-60 GEL for 3 adults and 2 children. There have been better breakfasts in our lives. But we have no complaints, they are free and included in the price. And the accommodation itself is inexpensive.
We were at this hotel from July 26 to July 29, 2022. We chose it based on good reviews. Yes, I do not argue, the hotel is clean, the staff is excellent, it is not far from the sea, plus it is located in such a place that it is not noisy in the evenings. But! I haven't seen a single review of their balconies... And this should be said. The balconies are open, you can see all the neighbors from the side, from the top and from the bottom. No matter what, you can survive and not go out on the balcony in your underwear, but our neighbors calmly (just like us) if the door to the room was open, standing on the balcony they saw everything that was happening in the room. Ie, privacy and privacy are out of the question. Of course, it was possible not to go out on the balcony and close the door, but it would get hot, and the remote control from the air conditioner did not work for us and unfortunately it was not changed or repaired in three days.
And one more thing that I didn't like. This is the bathroom. The shower and toilet are combined, i.e. in the full sense of the word. There is no ledge so that the water does not spread throughout the bathroom, nor any curtains. The drain was right next to the toilet and did not work well, everything was wet, of course, and the toilet with toilet paper and the trash can. And after everyone has bathed, you need to help the water to leave, if you don't want to wash your feet in the collected water every time you go to the toilet.
I don't lower my rating much, because I really liked everything else.
By the way, their cuisine is very tasty and not expensive. Khachapuri is delicious in Adjarian style.
The hotel is clean, the linen is not synthetic like almost everywhere, there is a small kitchen where you can cook yourself. There is also a chef who will cook a delicious order for you.
It's quite budget-friendly. Breakfast is included. However, the kitchen is for an amateur. We ordered a kebab and it was over-dried for us, which was given to a local mutt. There is no cleaning in the room, they swept the sand in the room themselves. A shower with a drain in the floor is for an amateur. Considering that the toilet is in the same space, it is inconvenient for the family. The room has a standard bed and a hanger. The refrigerator is small and inconspicuous. It is very inconvenient for a hot summer. There is a cafe near the hotel with good cuisine and affordable prices.
A small, family-run hotel. It is clean, cozy, there is Internet, on the ground floor there is a kitchen where you can order homemade, Georgian food. Normers have their own balconies where you can dry towels. Comfortable.
We visited a good place with a family with three children, very nice and friendly staff, the sea is not far away, about five minutes walk, there is even entertainment in the city itself, everything is also close, ideal for families with young children!!
