A quiet, cramped business hotel. View of the river and the pedestrian bridge. The interior is quite cozy and fresh. Delicious funny breakfast: as if the Italian breakfast was made by a Japanese chef who knows about Italy only by hearsay :) It is convenient to walk to Tokyo Station and to Akihabara.
