A nice little boutique hotel, with friendly Russian-speaking staff and the owner. Stylishly decorated, especially the entrance group and the hall. I especially liked the roof deck. It seems that the owner has done the best possible in the decoration of the hotel. The rooms are small but tasteful, everything you need to eat, hot water without restrictions, a refrigerator, a bar and a small Bolkonsky with floor-to-ceiling windows. Convenient location near metro cafes and shops, 15-20 min walk to the Old Town. The only negative is the noise from the road with the windows open and in mid-October it was very warm and mosquitoes at night, just next time you need to paint the fumitox from the owner.

Great hotel.
Very pleasant emotions from the staff.
The owner of the hotel met us and helped us with parking.
The receptionist showed me through the rooms, a very nice girl. She also called us a taxi to one of the most delicious places in Tbilisi.
The rooms are clean.
In the rooms with a double bed, the bed itself turned out to be small, like a half-bed. We almost got caught at night.
But we moved into a room with 2 single beds, moved and everything was fine.
Therefore, if you are going to relax as a couple, I recommend taking single beds and moving them. The staff will help you move it.
I also recommend choosing rooms with a balcony, they are more spacious.
The rooms are equipped with mini-bars, air conditioning.
I was pleasantly pleased that even sponges and shaving machines were put in the shower. We didn't need it, but it was nice.
the breakfasts are very tasty and different every day. all products are fresh.
the location of the hotel is in old Tbilisi, but the center is not so far away. There is also a metro nearby and there are no long waits in terms of taxis.

A very nice hotel.

The rooms are clean and cozy.
Very good staff.
The rooms look very nice. Heat. Nice view from the windows. Within walking distance of parks, the old town, markets, the metro is generally close. I recommend it to everyone.

A good hotel for its three stars, from the pros: everything is friendly, clean, there are rooms of different sizes (we had a very spacious one). Of the cons: cardboard walls, there is no food, except for a very average breakfast, instant coffee.

Nice hotel and location. Russian-speaking staff. Cozy rooms, only repairs have not been done for a long time and modest breakfasts. But there are a lot of delicious places in Tbilisi and there is something to see, we only spent the night at the hotel.

The hotel already has tired rooms, needs renovation. It is located at a distance from the center. In my room 302, the closet door was broken. The view from the window is on the main street and on the Sheraton, which is quite noisy from the road.
Breakfast for 3, no natural coffee, no porridge, etc. But, don't stay hungry.

A small hotel with 12 rooms.
The room was dark, tired, smoky. It was cool. In the shower stall, there was a hole the size of a saucer in the corner of the tray, and therefore, it was not normal to wash.
The breakfast is a buffet, there is no kitchen, so the choice of dishes is very modest, I can say I was hungry. Sausage, ham, cheese are not tasty. The bread is ordinary and not quite soft, we could also put fresh Georgian bread.
There is no parking, you can park your car near the hotel.
It doesn't pull at 4* at all, some 3* are much better.
