Convenient location, 50 meters from the railway station. Nearby there are restaurants where you can eat not expensive. The buffet breakfast is varied. In good weather, the restaurant opens its doors to a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. I had a budget room, and therefore the view from the window to the wall of the house is 2 meters away. But it doesn't matter, I didn't sit in the room, I have to walk in Venice.

Wi-fi was not working in the room, I had to sit in the hallway or in the lobby, where there was a strong draft. After complaining about the internet at the reception, nothing has changed. The rooms themselves are warm, the sizes depend on the category, the equipment is primitive. The location is very good and the views from the terrace (where the breakfasts are held) are excellent.
