Nice hotel. I really liked the breakfast time - from 6:30 to 10:30. During this time, you can have breakfast for both early risers and late risers, it is very convenient. The declared pool was closed, the gym was very small and only the iron was lifted. Overall, it's not bad, the room is well maintained, nothing falls off. The staff is nice, I got into the discount season, there are more interesting hotels for the full price.
We stopped for 3 days.
First they gave us a room that we couldn't open, went to the reception with this problem, then they gave us another key that also didn't open anything, for the third time they asked us to send an employee. Some kind of master came, he opened it and it turns out that repairs were underway. A stepladder in the middle of the room and a bunch of screwdrivers.
Then we were given a room on the ground floor, which had one window, but it overlooked the courtyard with a covered roof. Not the street. As we understood, there are many well houses in the city that have been converted into hotels and the roof was made there to close the courtyard. That is, there was a window, but not on the street.🤯
We asked to change our room, they said yes if possible, but of course no one moved us anywhere.
There was no soap in the room, we immediately asked for it, but no one brought it, two or three more times we went to get soap at the reception and to no avail. We washed our hands with shampoo.
The room is very warm, but this is also a minus, because it is very hot, and when you open the windows, they go out into the inner hall of the hotel, where people walk and noise is periodically heard. There is no fresh air, but at least the cold air was coming in.
By the way, soap was brought to us on the eve of our departure from the hotel!!!

We asked and were given a bag of food at an early check-out
