The hotel is clean, with high-quality renovation, interesting layout and convenient location (although it is quite far from the conad store) relative to the sea and attractions. Of the advantages, the staff is friendly enough, although there are those who were not too friendly while at their workplace; a decent breakfast, there is plenty to choose from, even champagne stood for several days (as you know, either aristocrats or degenerates drink champagne in the morning :)). Of the cons: we got a room for a family with two children, to put it mildly, quite exhibitionistic, there was no part of the wall and door between the children's part and the adult, the bathtub was in the middle of the room without any curtains, it was good that the shower was relatively hidden. It is also worth noting that the rooms were cleaned frankly badly, often after finishing toilet paper or napkins, no one reported anything to an empty place (there is a public toilet on the ground floor, there is a niche to the right of the mirror, there you can replenish everything). Overall, the impression is rather Positive, but the price is clearly too high for accommodation. Oh, and here's another thing, the most important thing is that there was no balcony, it was terribly inconvenient, there was nowhere to dry things at all, the heated towel rail was not working properly, but it was not too convenient to dry on it.

We were on New Year's Eve with my wife.
The rooms are small, really small!
We got a room on the second floor with a veranda and a view of the courtyard. The room is cramped for two, there is one bed and a chair with a dressing table. For the bathroom, as a full size)))) .... The breakfasts are so-so, the hotel is clearly not 4 stars!!! The cleaning is good.
The location is good, the distance is 400-500 meters on foot. The sea is 250 meters away . We went towards Richone and in this direction Rimini looks more like some kind of Antalya. Moreover, this feeling develops, just after the Conade, before it the town is cozy. The center is 15-20 minutes on foot.

Wonderful location. The room is really small, which is traditional for Europe. In general, it's not bad at all. The sea is not the Dominican Republic or the Bahamas, you know.
