The hotel has a well-established tourist service!
The rooms are spacious, clean, and the linen was changed regularly.
At the reception, ALL the staff are very responsive. Any problems were solved quickly.
The animators entertained 100%. The kids are thrilled!
A family-friendly hotel.

Leaves at least some improvement to be desired, but for pensioners it's the best thing)
