I stayed as part of the tour. Room 304.
+Large double bed with a normal mattress and pillow, there is a folding chair like. Shower, toilet, bidet shower. There were no problems with hot water, there were other hotels on the tour, there is a kettle and cups, there is no tea.
- A small window with a view of the neighboring balcony, right next to it, very! late breakfast, from 8.30. Lunch box is not collected. We left early for the tour, had breakfast in the room by myself. We haven't cleaned up in 3 days, and we haven't even taken out the trash.
Purely for an overnight stay.

We were on New Year's Eve, pre-booked.They were well received, there are no problems with the language, they speak fluently at the reception.The room is clean, and there is a cleaning service on request.Breakfast is quite varied, vegetables, cottage cheese, 2 salads, omelette, sausages, generally for every taste.We went as a family, we are happy.It also has a very convenient location, close to the metro, a beautiful view from the window, the Trinity Cathedral is nearby, and the center is close. We decided that next time it would be there only.

The ideal location is within walking distance of the main attractions (peace Bridge, cable car, Tsminda Sameba, etc.). The rooms are spacious, clean, and the plumbing is in good condition! Breakfasts with national dishes, but mostly eggs, milk, dry breakfast, hot (porridge, pasta). It's enough to get enough and go explore the city, which has a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, places selling national dishes.Very friendly staff, fluent in Russian! There is an elevator! Near the currency exchange hotel, shops!

I was at the hotel for the May holidays. The location is top. Near Freedom Square, Rike Park with the famous Peace Bridge, exchangers, Spar nearby, metro, restaurants and the whole social life of Tbilisi. Friendly staff, even the wine was opened to us))) There is a roof terrace where you can sit in the evening. Clean linen and rooms.
Of the minuses, the breakfasts are a little meager, but this is not a problem in Georgia)

The location is very good, in the very center, the Avlabar metro station is a step away from the hotel, but the windows overlook a busy road, where there is also the final public transport stop. With the windows closed, it was tolerable, but stuffy, and the air conditioner did not work. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are monotonous.

Very good location in the center of the old town. The sights are literally 5 minutes on foot. WiFi is everywhere, even in the rooms. Breakfast is a little meager, but we always had enough. The staff is friendly, responsive. The rooms are clean, nothing is broken.

The administrator Georgy met and helped to park (there is a problem with this in the city, there is no parking at the hotel). A very hospitable young man. We had a great view of the city, in the evening my husband and I enjoyed the view and drank wine! The room is spacious. The breakfasts are buffet style, but very meager and monotonous. But the hungry did not stay. 7min walk to the center. The price/quality of the hotel is consistent. I recommend the hotel!

Great hotel! Modern. I came across a room with access to the roof of a neighboring building, at first we were upset, and then we checked it out. Since this is the center, then with the access of beautiful windows to the main streets ... I would have to listen to the noise all the time, and fireworks here every day and until late. Well, if you want a mountain view, take it with floor-to-ceiling windows, but listen to the noise. And the silence is on the other side of the building.
On nutrition! The food was excellent! You eat so much that you don't want to eat until the evening. A pleasant room and furniture, lighting. Everything is clean and beautiful. The team of administrators is good. I would come here again!

I do not recommend a hotel in Room 303, bedbugs are bestial. The hotel staff took measures, but they were not sufficient. And the upper rooms have a disgusting smell of sewage .

The hotel does not exactly correspond to 3*. The numbers provided do not correspond to those stated in the photo. On the third day, there was no cleaning in the room and they did not even throw out the garbage. The linen is old, washed. About breakfast positively. The choice is small, but everything is delicious. I do not recommend the hotel. You can find a better one.

It's a disgusting place. We booked based on the proximity to the center and reviews. The feeling that reviews are being paid for. The photo of the rooms does not correspond to reality. The rooms smell bad, the audibility is monstrous, the repair is old, the linen and towels are old and wet. Breakfasts are like in the Soviet dining room. Very limited. Instant coffee. The hotel is not that 3 stars, there is not even one smell. I don't recommend it for that kind of money!

Great hotel! I was with my son in April, I really liked the location, the room is great with a terrace and a view of the church, the staff is very polite. We had breakfast included - the menu is varied, there are also dry breakfasts and cuts, but there were also more adult and meat dishes))) Returning to the location, the hotel is located within walking distance to the main attractions. In general, the hotel played an important role in our impressions of Tbilisi.
