Good location, 20 minutes from the old town, 5 minutes from the shopping center. The bonus is a travel ticket for all transport. One of the disadvantages is that there is a hospital nearby and ambulances often go, it is not convenient to sleep with the windows open.

Good location. The old town is about 25 minutes on foot. The Schumacher Restaurant is 15 minutes away. There is a grocery store nearby. The main disadvantage is air conditioning only in rooms on the 5th floor and in the lobby. We got into the heat at the end of June. It didn't get cool in the rooms until one o'clock at night. This is not relevant at other times.
