The hotel is conveniently located: a couple of blocks from the metro, a tram stop nearby, a grocery store, and across the street a very popular and good eatery with a work schedule from 10 to 22 (tasty, satisfying and inexpensive).
We stayed from March 1 to March 3 (it was cool outside) and did not experience any inconvenience with heating the room. The windows faced the street, the noise of the trams did not bother.
