Google maps or maps of mi are exactly the property, Yandex - no. The second floor of the guest house has beautiful new rooms with a beautiful veranda, which offers a wonderful view of the city of Kutaisi and the river. There is a young fruit - bearing garden on the territory , the hostess treated peaches . On the same floor there is a recreation area and a kitchen-dining room. We could cook ourselves, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, and the tableware was beautiful. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Cheeses, vegetables, hot snacks, khinkali, dumplings, porridge were hospitably offered for breakfast. Anya's hostess served us in the dining room. There were a lot of us, we occupied almost all the rooms. The hotel is located near the cool Magnolia restaurant, which looks like a cave inside. Bagrat's temple is nearby. Advantages: location, cleanliness, novelty of the hotel, delicious breakfasts. Of the disadvantages, the hostess did not speak Russian, but it turns out a little bit. They spoke English.

Nice, clean room stock. The hotel consists of the upper floor of a residential building with a reception on the ground floor. We liked everything. Yandex.Navigator does not lead to it, showing a completely different location. We got there by Google map
