A very strange hotel. We were there as part of a tour with bookaid. Maybe that's why there are a lot of negative emotions left. When you book a hotel yourself, you read about it, look at the terms, and either you agree or you don't. The most "vivid" impression was the so-called shower. This is a meter-by-meter room with a toilet bowl, sink, mirror, trash can and heated towel rail. There is also a shower. You can only wash standing on one leg, or sitting on the toilet, and this is not an exaggeration. Moreover, only we were so unlucky, and several other people of our arrival, others had at least a space where they could stand up, and, although small, but a curtain. Representatives of the hotel, of course, began to claim that this was the cheapest room, but we paid like everyone else, and no one told us that such a thing even happens. In general, they refused to relocate us, citing the lack of rooms, we even asked the representatives of bookside how much we need to pay in order to live normally, but it did not work out to live normally. The room is very cold, the batteries are turned off during the day and turned on only in the evening. Hot water does not always happen, when everyone comes after the wheelchair and starts washing, it becomes summer. Strange situation with room cleaning and garbage disposal: on request. Regarding nutrition: breakfast is normal, only the same every day, dinner is edible (as in the dining room). Think about it a few times before you go there. There are a lot of hotels of the same price, but with a better location and much better service and amenities.
I stayed at this hotel at the end of February. I didn't like the hotel at all. It was terribly cold in the room, the muzzle was straight from holes in the roof, the heating was turned off during the day, which further aggravated the situation in the evening. The hot water was intermittent, in the bathroom. the node stank terribly of sewage. The hair dryer was missing. The room is cleaned only on request, in order to take out the garbage, you need to ask separately or take it out yourself, the same with towels and bedding. The food was mediocre, sometimes it was really bad (there was no talk of any Georgian cuisine at all), but you won't starve. The lobby bar in the hotel was very cozy, but something went wrong here. The smoking area is extremely poorly located and all the smoke from the street drags into the lobby, by the evening there is simply nothing to breathe and all things are smoky. The hotel has a room for storing equipment, but there is no warm room for drying shoes and clothes. If the transfer to the ski lift is not included in your accommodation, you will have to take a taxi, since you will not reach it on foot. For this hotel, I think the price for a room of $ 90-120 is too high. After an honest review, be prepared for the rudeness of the owner)))
