We visited this hotel at the end of July 2019. The hotel itself is small, not far from the metro. Nearby is the Arkadi shopping center, which is very cozy with a food court and an Albert supermarket. It's clean enough. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious, though monotonous. Excellent water pressure- there were no problems with the shower. The Wi-fi is disgusting. In order to solve some issue, you need to go downstairs and sit on the Internet at the reception. The teenage daughter sat chatting in the evening in the stairwell. There is no refrigerator. Air conditioning is paid. A special point is the trams! They make noise from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. Car noise. The noise was such that I personally slept a couple of times with headphones on. We will not stay at this hotel a second time - the general opinion with my husband.

Good service and restaurant. Trams rumble under the windows around the clock. Air conditioning is paid (900 rubles / night) and not in every room. The Internet is half-dead
