We had a vacation in the summer of 2024. A breakfast hotel. They were quite monotonous, but we always left well-fed, eating vegetables, herbs, olives, cheeses, sausages. There are not many sweets. The fruits were watermelon, melon, tangerines. The hotel itself is small but cozy, the rooms are cleaned regularly. I won't say it's super clean, but it's generally worthy of three stars. The location is convenient, not noisy, a little deep from the main road. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk slowly along the streets along the hotels to the sea. In general, the place looks more like Europe (Greece, for example). The combination of price and quality.

This is a bad hotel. There is something to compare it with, so I write as there are pros and cons.
By the way, a lot of photos here are not from him, keep that in mind.
+ There is excellent Parking, there are always plenty of places for a car and it's not far from the room from the car at all
+ Excellent location of the hotel. The pedestrian street is a couple of blocks away, close to restaurants and shops. Everything is close and you can walk to the sea
+ Nice deep pool, good sun loungers and there are always places on the patio near the pool
- The general impression is that the owner just gave up on everything and earns money until the hotel is overgrown with dirt and falls apart
- One of our rooms smelled of damp or mold. The smell most likely came from the shower, nothing weathered it
- everything is old, absolutely. From furniture and shower to air conditioners and televisions
- billiard table, ping pong tables are all old, broken equipment
- the breakfast is the same. Not to say that it is bad, but the general unsanitary conditions in the eating area are something
- cleaning is done by guys with a low level of understanding of cleanliness. They sweep the floor, cover the beds, change the towels. Everything else remains dirty, dust in the corners of the room
- the rooms are terribly cramped. They made one double and one single bed in each room. The rooms are terribly cramped, there is a narrow passage in which you can't even open the suitcase completely, if you are also with a child, for whom there is a folding cot
- there is a subsidiary farm on the territory, a rooster roars in the morning
- the cleaners start rattling at 8 a.m. Immediately, someone may knock on your room and ask you to leave for cleaning. Considering that there is no sound insulation in the corridor, as well as there is no "do not disturb" sign and cleaning can be both at 8 a.m. and at 5 p.m., then you are not immune from being woken up in the morning or at lunchtime
- the Internet works well during the day, but in the evening it starts to slow down
- very uncomfortable mattresses
