This was my first trip to Europe, respectively, and to the Czech Republic. I liked the location near any transport trams, metro, friendly staff, good breakfasts, free Wi-Fi (the speed is only small) of the cons, it is clear that this is old Prague and the hotel is also under 80, old furniture, but it probably even gives some charm and so I recommend it to everyone.
We took the Standard room
available in the room: hair dryer, shower gel in a refillable tube, soap in a refillable tube, shower stall with curtain, wardrobe, clothes hangers, TV, heating - adjustable batteries, 2 glass cups, disposable plates, 2 towels per person for the body and for heads. There is a foot mat in the bathroom.
There is Wi-Fi. It definitely catches on the 1st floor (we lived in room 5), it does not catch on - 1. That's where the breakfasts are.
THERE is NO kettle. This is for a separate 30 kronor per day you rent at the reception. An iron is also rented if necessary.
The hotel is not located in the center. It takes 40-45 minutes to walk to the National Museum. Or take tram number 6 for 15-20 minutes.the tram stop is close. On the next street. There is a 12 tram to the Charles Bridge.
The 50/50 staff has a twofold feeling, they seem to be friendly, but they don't seem to be.
Cleaning was done EVERY DAY. It is difficult to say whether there was a change of linen or not.
The sheet is a large terry cloth. It's a great blanket. But the pillows are not comfortable.
Chimes are heard. Not much. You can hear people coming in (they lived on a floor higher than the reception floor. It was considered zero)
The breakfasts are quite good. There is a coffee machine, teas, sugar, ham, porridge, muesli, rolls, muffins, bread. Eggs and stuff. Everything you can make your own breakfast out of.
Overall very good.
You can come and leave the hotel at any time 24 hours a day. That too +
We are staying at this hotel for the second time, close to the metro station, 30 minutes walk to the center slowly, near the Albert store, as well as a wonderful park with a pond and entertainment. The staff speaks Russian, the breakfasts are hearty, there are plenty of cafes near the hotel where you can have a delicious and inexpensive dinner and drink delicious beer. We will definitely come and we really liked it. Thank you for the good-natured welcome to this hotel!!!
An excellent 2* hotel with an excellent breakfast next to the tram stop. I took off one star only for the very poor work of the WiFi, it is constantly disconnected. We have conveyed all the comments of the administration on this matter. They promised to call specialists to solve this issue.
Everything is normal. The only thing is that you can hear the elephant guests running up the stairs. There's only one elevator. There are a lot of pubs nearby and the metro can be reached on foot.
It will do if you just need a hotel to spend the night. Buffet-style breakfasts do not shine with a variety of dishes, nevertheless everything is quite edible and tasty (except juice)
One of the administrators is Czech, speaks a little Russian, but such a "buka"! Sometimes she is dissatisfied with something, it is unclear why. Unpleasant.
