Thanks for my ruined birthday. I came here to celebrate my holiday. This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible service. There are no compliments. A room of the best category was booked, the view was important to me. As a result, they were given on the second floor with a terrible view of part of the parking lot and a little bit of the forest. They asked for another one. They were given on the 3rd floor, the view is beautiful, but of a reduced category.
The food is terrible. We made an omelet in old butter, which was bitter, I didn't even finish it. On the second day, the omelet was generally brought raw.
I was ordered two flower deliveries at the reception, as a result, no one organized the flower delivery, they just scored.
The refrigerator in the room did not work. The room was poorly cleaned. The towels had unwashed stains, the plumbing was stained, the curtains were dirty, and the water pressure was still weak.
The view is beautiful, of course, but there are other hotels with better service and the same views.
Don't set foot here anymore. I do not recommend it!
