A hotel of incredible beauty! Cozy rooms, really like in a museum, but with much more convenience. Rooms with a view of the canal, along which people ride sap boards. The staff can't even call it that, because it feels like you just came to visit. Upon check-in, a colleague asked where she could buy alternative milk for a coffee machine - they immediately bought it for her! I broke an egg stand at breakfast-they didn't even charge me for it. If I'm lucky enough to be there again, I'll be incredibly glad. The only caveat is the narrow stairs and the lack of an elevator, but this is almost always the case in Holland
