Excellent location, two Parking lots nearby - one inexpensive on the street, the second more expensive and covered opposite. It's a long walk to the center and the pedestrian street, but you can take a taxi. The rooms are clean, great breakfast in the courtyard. In the evening we sat at the bar - we liked it quite well and at a low price.

Good breakfasts. This accommodation can be recommended to those who come to the beer festival - tents are a three-minute walk away.
Three circumstances were very stressful. First, the family room (for three people) turned out to be on the fourth floor in a separate entrance, where there is no elevator. Secondly, the ceramic tiles on the floor in the room are very cold. Thank you for thinking of making a "warm floor" in the bathroom. And the third is the breakfast crowd.

Excellent breakfast, good room, even economy class. The location is within walking distance to the center of Munich and the brewery is nearby. 24-hour reception
