I was in January. Modern, clean, tidy, cozy, quiet. Nice view from the window, good staff, delicious breakfast :)
Of the cons, or inconveniences, the bathroom is a little cramped, well, you can survive that. And there is almost not enough power of the stove - heating through the air conditioning system. For those who like the heat, it may seem cool in January :)

Super hotel, stayed for 1 night.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, all accessories are available! Friendly staff and beautiful design, and the views from the rooms are mesmerizing!
The breakfasts are quite affordable, but delicious, there are seasonal fruits.
Be sure to take a room with a view of Kazbek.
I heartily recommend it!
There are minor flaws, but our accommodation was not affected!

We stayed in November 2024 for a few days. Only positive impressions remained. A very good breakfast buffet, suitable for every taste, they will also give you with them so that you do not starve.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, fresh towels, water, tea and coffee are provided daily.
It is worth mentioning the view from the window and from the terrace. It is gorgeous, especially in the morning - the snow cap of Mount Kazbek is a signature feature of Stepantsminde. Well, Georgian cuisine, of course, without it.
