We were at Luzia hotels, the owner is alone. The hotel is located higher than the Marinella. We lived in a new building, sea and mountain views. I liked the room very much, it was spacious and new. They always cleaned up. Separately, I want to say thank you to the owner of the hotel, for the attention of the staff, everyone who works there is very friendly and attentive! I am especially grateful to Theodora!!! There was no language barrier at all, Theodora speaks Russian and advised us which cities to visit and helped with online ticket purchase, organized a transfer from the hotel to the railway station... Theodora is incredibly sensitive, attentive, and it was easy for us to communicate with her. The owner always organizes some events every evening, a trip along the night trail, gala dinners ...
They think for us, and we really rested there and stayed with incredible emotions from the rest. Separately, I want to say thank you to Olga from the tour company TUI, she is mega-cool!!! I strongly advise you to contact her on excursions, she tells a lot of useful and interesting information during the trip and she makes it so easy, useful and easy to convey... Olga, thank you very much!!!
