A flophouse for the inexperienced traveler. If you are used to Spartan conditions for the price of a 5-star hotel somewhere in London, this is it! Dirt, stench, noise, a vile and miserable breakfast, a collective farm reception and finally a semi-negligent attitude towards the guests, that's all that I remember from a five-day stay in this "hotel"...
