We stayed at this hotel in January 2019 as a threesome with my wife and child. Spacious room, gorgeous view from the panoramic window to the canal, it would seem that everything is fine. But at night I woke up with itching all over my body: I was bitten by bedbugs!!! As it turned out, I'm allergic to bedbugs, I'm all red and swollen. When the lights were turned on, it turned out that the room was simply teeming with bedbugs, they were in the bed, on the floor, on the curtains, everywhere. I caught one, took it to the reception and demanded that we be relocated. From the room with a view, we were moved to the basement, where we lived for the remaining 2 days. After the incident, they promised to return the money, but a year and a half has passed and nothing has been returned. Interestingly, the Booking service, through which the booking was made, deleted it from the account, and therefore it is impossible to leave a review there. An appeal to Booking with the booking application in pdf remained unanswered. I suspect that due to the fact that Booking is a Dutch company located in Amsterdam. So much for civilized Europe! Avoid this bedbug!!!!!
The European service cannot but please, the location of the hotel is very good as it is near the railway station, the water station and all the sights within walking distance
