One of the few hotels with its own private pool. Orthopedic mattresses and bed linen were updated during our stay at the hotel. Not a big, cozy hotel for reasonable money.

A very comfortable hotel. Clean, cozy. It seems to be in the center of the city, but very quiet. The staff is very hospitable and caring. There is even a swimming pool, in 40 degree heat - a real salvation.

A great family-run mini-hotel. The rooms are large and clean, with a refrigerator and air conditioning. We had a rest in the summer, so the pool in the courtyard was very useful. The only drawback is a very weak Internet connection.

Nice hotel! Clean, cozy. The pool is not heated, but it is comfortable in good weather.
A big plus is that the hotel is located in a quiet location. 25 minutes on foot to the center of Yerevan and 7 minutes by car.

Hello, nice hotel, polite staff. It is convenient that you can take an individual car tour at the hotel and create an individual route. If you take a tour, ask Robert, I would like to say a special thank you to him, Robert showed us Armenia, and now we know that Armenia is a country of contrasts, interesting conversation, careful driving. We went on two excursions with him, in a large and comfortable car, the attitude was like family, he will advise where it is better to eat, where it is better to go, take pictures and tell about the history of Armenia and not only)
Cons: the pool is cool in early summer.

Well, a very nice hotel and the owners, the team lived for several days on a work trip, were very satisfied, I recommend it. But, the rooms are very different in size and other amenities, this should be taken into account

The numbers are dead. After booking at the booking office, I decided to cancel the room when I arrived and saw the rooms. I paid the money for 2 nights in advance. Refused to refund the money for the room!) We decided to withhold the fine. The audibility is terrible and the staff too - I do not advise

Nice private hotel. Good location within walking distance to the center of Yerevan. There is a swimming pool. Good and varied breakfasts. The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable.

I really liked the hotel. The friendly staff met us with an early check-in at 06:00. At the entrance, they gave us a basket of fruits and a bottle of champagne) The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The rooms are clean and well maintained.There is a small swimming pool, with a heat of +40 degrees, it was very saving)) We did not regret choosing this hotel
