Everything was fine, our room was brand new. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay, a large bed for us and a child's bed with new soft mattresses, bedside tables, refrigerator, 32-inch TV on the wall, and good air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom was combined, all plumbing was new (although the shower was without a curtain) but honestly it did not bother us.And I also forgot to write, our room had a balcony, so cool and stylish, fences made of thick tinted glass (it looks very stylish) we had a round glass table and two chairs with artificial rattan and a stool made of the same material on the balcony. With a beautiful view of the courtyard with a large swimming pool.(there were two pools, one for kids was not deep, our son was 5 years old and he was just above the waist, equipped with a small slide and inflatable circles. The large pool was deeper, the water was about 170cm. with a waterfall on two sides there are sun loungers on one side there are tables with large umbrellas and there is also a bar near the pool with music and drinks for both kids and adults (you can smoke an ashtray on each table near the pool)The pool is open until 00:00, then it is serviced.
The staff is very polite and attentive. If you have any problem, they will definitely help you. The breakfasts were included (buffet), everything was homemade and very tasty, there were no restrictions.Every morning there were porridges, pasta, boiled sausages or sausage, cheese, honey, vegetables, boiled eggs, buns and cakes, coffee or tea. Lunch and dinner can be ordered separately, the portions are normal, the cafe was open from 9:00 to 00:00. The hostess of the hotel is constantly present and works as an administrator, always knew us even by name with a smile.The hotel staff knows Russian well.

Great place, nice hosts. The sea is generally a couple of minutes away at a calm pace. The rooms are clean, the food is quite good! I had a rest at the beginning of August last year! The memories are only pleasant, thank you!

A good place. Decent breakfasts. The hostess is a very nice woman. There is a cafe at the hotel. The rooms are not bad, but the bathroom is not for me. But this is 90% in Georgia so that water pours on the floor. But a friendly and good-natured hostess -you forget all the shortcomings))

The beach is not far away, there is a pool. Budget rooms for GEL 80 are tubby, the audibility from the neighbors is as if the children in our room are screaming.
We moved to a room in another building for 110 rubles, we liked the room itself as a whole, but the audibility is exactly the same in the tubed rooms, we left the hotel after 3 days, we could no longer tolerate the screaming in the morning.
The cafe at the hotel is also a hat.

We had a wonderful time here!!! the staff is attentive, the food is homemade and delicious. the swimming pool on the territory is super. 3 minutes walk to the sea. The area is quiet, the further away the louder it gets on the street. Thank you very much.

The hotel did not meet our expectations, although the reviews on the booking were good (where did they come from)?
I'll start with the bad, the rooms were not cleaned during our entire stay from 10.08 to 21.08, towels were changed at our request only once, there is no trash can, constant power outage and air conditioning (the hotel has very bad wiring, twists everywhere and everything sparks), which at first was neglected, we were afraid to sleep, at night after 00:00 turn off the cold and hot water, and there is no hot water in the sink at all, in the shower you need to spend five minutes to set the desired water temperature. The shared kitchen is very dirty, there are two gas stoves, camphor pipes leak gas, which is also not safe
