It was 01-08.01.20 . Two families: my wife and I, our children and grandchildren (3 and 5 years old).We stopped by around 21-00. We had dinner. Drinks at dinner are paid, water 1.5liters - 2€, wine - from 10€ bottle. Wine can be reserved (rev. a bottle) on the next day. The room is stuffy, the air conditioner did not turn on, left the balcony door ajar. Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.00. We traveled to Grandvalira by the L2 bus. Stop opposite the entrance, across the river. It runs every 20 minutes. 1,9€ per person. You can buy a ticket from the driver T10 (10 trips) or T20 (they charge 3€ for the card, then return the empty one and get 3€ back) Total: T10 - 12.6€. The guides didn't say anything about it. The disadvantages were small: spa for an additional fee.For a fee, we were running out of fruit at dinner. The men at the reception are not very adequate. The hotel is normal.

Great hotel, great location...the bus stop is opposite across the river. Very tasty and varied food...desserts and fruits....I advise everyone.

Good four , good food . The rooms overlooking the river are noisy and hot during the day.
