If you do not want faceless skyscrapers made of glass and concrete, and you are going to Batumi for the charm of the old city, then here you are! The very center. Everything interesting is within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. You can have breakfast at the hotel, but I went to the best khachapur Batumi nearby. The entourage of the hotel corresponds to the area. The room is clean and cozy. The mattresses are comfortable. The linen is fresh. The pillows are tolerable (I'm used to my orthopedic one).
The room has everything you need. If you need something, the staff will kindly provide it. Hot and cold water with excellent pressure. And, of course, the famous Batumi hospitality! By the way, if you are traveling by car, corn is boiled in vats along the roads in Guria. I highly recommend it! I haven't tasted such delicious food for a long time!!! Regarding the history of the mansion: it was built in 1902. It belonged to a family of indigenous Batumchans. Since 1912, Andrey Nikolaevich Krasnov, the founder of the Batumi Botanical Garden, lived in it.

I lived there for two weeks at the end of October. Very friendly staff, good service, the sea is within walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The optimal combination of price and quality.

A very cozy hotel. There is parking, but who is the first, and the slippers. We had a room on the ground floor, facing the courtyard. Because the courtyards are closed, it is very damp. The room also smelled damp . The staff is very polite and good-natured!
