I do not advise! If you have problems, they will not help you here, and they will charge you a huge fine! Our flight was canceled and we were unable to check into our hotel. We asked to cancel our reservation without penalty, but they refused and charged us a fine of 300 euros! There are no people and no good attitude here! Terrible!!!

The location is convenient - near the metro station, shops, there are several cafes. The Tiergarten Park is just around the corner. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the center. The room is clean, there is a small kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, stove. But there are only tea cups and glasses from the dishes. The staff is friendly. The area is quiet (even too quiet).
The shower was leaking heavily. The gel and shampoo were put on only on the first day.

The rooms are very small, they look more spacious in the photos of the site, and overall a good hotel with a convenient location
