Convenient location, pleasant staff, clean. They clean it daily, everything is high-quality. The breakfasts are hearty, you can choose, the coffee is delicious. The hair dryer didn't work and my slippers didn't work.

Disgusting service! There are just people in the hotel who can't hear you!! The staff is not ready to go to a meeting for the most insignificant requests!The rooms are ordinary!And the worst thing is that they had enough money to hang a TV over the toilet, and asked to bring two glasses of wine to the room - they said they did not have such a function!! The curtain!!

How I want to go there again! I've been there four times. Three times - on New Year's Eve. A wonderful hotel in the tourist center. With responsive and courteous staff. I hope to come back after the quarantine is over and find him working. I miss you!)

Convenient location, very helpful staff. Good breakfasts. The only disadvantage of WiFi is that the signal in the room is weak and unstable, and it is very slow.

The hotel has deteriorated badly. Dirty, bad smell, worn-out, horribly uncomfortable plumbing, unfriendly staff - not the slightest attempt to help or at least say hello to a passing guest. We stayed at this hotel several times - it gets worse every year. The location is excellent, that's all the advantages.
